My place is close to beautiful hikes (MONT VALIER CASCADE D ARS, CIRQUE DE CAGATEILLE) mountain biking, biking, rafting, fishing, paragliding, caves and classified sites, Guzet ski resort... You will appreciate it for ITS CALM, NATURE AND ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MOUNTAINS. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1.5 HOURS FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL COMMERCIAL FACILITIES. This place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Barn with magnificent views of the mountains

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Pleasant renovated village house, located in Oust in Ariège. Quiet place in the heart of the Pyrenees. 2-star furnished tourist accommodation⭐️ ⭐️. Lots of hikes to discover. Small shops nearby. Small functional kitchen. Two bedrooms with double beds. Sunny terrace. Small garden. Note: Only the operator Orange allows you to capture the network in the house, but Wi-Fi connection available (fiber + Orange TV). Bed/bath linen not provided. Cleaning to be done on departure.

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

Want to take a break in the heart of the Ariège Regional Natural Park? We welcome you with joy in this newly renovated barn located 800 m above sea level facing the Pyrenees mountain range. For nature lovers: - Close to many hiking trails (including the GR10) - About 30 minutes from Guzet ski resort. - Possibility of swimming in the natural pools of the Salat. For shopping: shops 10 minutes by car and markets including Saint-Girons.

Gite Col d 'Ayens

A very beautiful charming cottage, renovated with a lot of heart and taste. The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.
