Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Het Vogelhuisje ligt op één van de rustigste plekjes van het natuurpark Bosrijk Ruighenrode. In de vrijliggende tuin zie je vrijwel altijd eekhoorns en vogels. Drie van de vier slaapkamers, een badkamer (de douche is in bad) en apart toilet liggen op de begane grond. De luxe badkamer boven heeft een infraroodsauna en een douche-/stoomcabine.
