In this unique place, you can enjoy the IJssel, the beautiful views and sunsets, with a beach at your feet, where you can swim between the cribs. In the evening, you can sit by a fire on the dike, and within walking distance of the atmospheric center of Zutphen! The floodplains are next to the house, where you can enjoy hiking and enjoying the tranquility. You can borrow our 2-person kayak and go up the water, and there is a pinball machine in the house! The house is very spacious with 140m2.

Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. De gehele bovenwoning is ruim de helft van deze Villa met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. Our Villa with hottub, large private forest and garden with our own birdlife- and wildlife-observation huts is perfect for max. 10 adults + 2 children and max. 3 baby's. The villa is situated very privately in a large garden (15.000m2) in the forest. Outside, you find a hottub, a playgarden for the kids and a terrace and porch. Inside, you will find nice furniture, good beds and decoration that brings the nature in. Tourist tax €1,30 pppn is charged by seperate invoice.

The villa is cozy, fully equipped and stylishly furnished. There is an extensive luxury kitchen, several lovely sofas in the living room and 4 bedrooms with good beds. The garden is huge, has two terraces and there is an outdoor shower. A unique house in one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands!

Adjacent to nature reserve Mantingerveld is our spacious, cozy cottage for 10-12 people on a small villa park. There is a large garden with rural canopy and views of the pond. From our house you can walk and bike directly along old paths or visit for example Het Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or do the Drentse Brocanteroute. At 600 m is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a fine kitchen.
