Oviedo es una ciudad que encanta. Poder estar en el centro nos permitió disfrutar de sus restaurantes, parques y sus amenidades. Paula es una excelente anfitriona siempre atenta a que nuestra estancia fuera favorable. Si visitas Oviedo, este AirBnB es definitivamente un lugar que vale la pena. 5 estrellas para esta súper anfitriona.

Ravis de notre séjour, Très bon accueil de notre hôte qui s’est déplacé pour la remise des clefs. Quartier populaire très calme, tres belle vue, accessibilité rapide à la plage et à la ville. Place de parking sécurisée réservée. Très bonne expérience. Béatrice.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

This was an amazing Airbnb -absolutely stunning and I wish we had booked a longer stay. Everything was beautiful and the views were out of this world. So nice to meet Marta and she was so responsive. We will tell all out friends to add this place to their must visit lists!

Accueil très chaleureux , du frère de Mercedes, nous avons apprécié, notre court séjour dans cette belle région. Le logement est joliment restauré et rien ne manque. Mercedes est au petit soins pour les résidents : délicieuses pâtisseries à l'arrivée, toutes les bonnes adresses des restaurants. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter dans ce joli village.

Das Apartment war genau das, was wir für den Urlaub gesucht haben. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Luisma war makellos. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Ha sido una estancia inolvidable , María es una gran anfitriona , desde el primer momento la comunicación ha sido inmejorable con un trato excelente El alojamiento nos ha encantado; con una distribución cómoda y agradable y una estética que destaca por su sencillez sin restarle modernidad, calidez y una decoración super bonita, no la falta detalle para sentirte como en casa, además la ubicación es excelente, habíamos estado en otra ocasión para la que elegimos un hotel en el centro con un poco de caos para aparcar y demás y en esta ocasión sumando que disponíamos con una plaza de garaje a la que accedíamos desde el mismo ascensor del apartamento hemos podido desplazarnos cómodamente para visitar distintos lugares maravillosos de Asturias y también visitar el centro de Oviedo dando un paseo a pie de una media hora aproximadamente Sin duda repetiremos pronto !!!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

¡Una experiencia excelente! El alojamiento estaba súper limpio y muy acogedor, exactamente como en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). Se notaba el cuidado en cada detalle, desde la ropa de cama impecable hasta los pequeños toques que hacían sentir como en casa. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy amable. Sin duda, un sitio al que volvería sin pensarlo. ¡Altamente recomendable!

An absolutely delightful apartment and the most gracious and responsive hosts. This was the perfect location from which to walk to all the sites beautiful Oviedo has to offer. We had an incredibly memorable meal just steps away from our front door, Ca Suso. We made a reservation in the morning for a 2:45pm meal. The tasting menu was fabulous. The parking was just a 2 min walk away in a spacious public paid lot. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, well equipped and we adored the terrace. Luckily we had sunny, warm weather so it was enjoyable to sit on and perfect for quickly drying laundry. We stayed on a weekend so Oviedo’s bars were buzzing but all was quiet inside this cozy apartment. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Gema es una persona maravillosa, el piso estaba muy bien y el pueblo precioso, la verdad es que es un sitio de 10 en todos los aspectos. También estuvo muy atenta de todo y en el piso no faltaba de nada! También estaba muy cerca de todo y de muy fácil acceso.

This is a great apartment in the very center of Oviedo, walking distance to museums, many excellent restaurants, and the beautiful cathedral. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and excellent bed. Danielle is a consummate host, very responsive, with lots of tips on how to best enjoy Oviedo. We appreciated that we were met at check in by Pedro. We have encountered very few AirBnB apartments with such a hospitable and generous welcome. A beautifully set table, with a good bottle of wine, and a large fruit basket full of delicious fruits. Thank you very much for that. When visiting beautiful Oviedo, I could not imagine a more perfect place to stay.

la estancia en el apartamento de luisa fue muy agradable nos hizo sentir como en casa. El apartamento está situado en un barrio muy tranquilo,a 10-15 minutos andando del centro de Oviedo. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en oviedo,además tiene un pequeño patio compartido donde poder tomarte un café. Luisa es muy flexible en los horarios de entrada y salida del apartamento. apartamento 100% recomendable

Nos sentimos muy a gusto en este alojamiento del pueblito de Navas. Buena ubicación, la anfitriona nos trató genial y las condiciones del apartamento eran excelentes. Volveremos!!!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It's located on the first floor, easily accessible via stairs or an elevator—very convenient if you're carrying big suitcases. The kitchen was well equipped, and the two bedrooms comfortably accommodated three adults. While the bathroom was on the smaller side, it was manageable given the compact layout of the apartment. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived—pillows, blankets, sheets, and towels were all in great condition. A nice bonus was the set of indoor slippers provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Parking was a plus, although it's on a nearby street about a 2-minute walk away. The spot was a bit tight for our SUV but still doable. Overall, the stay was smooth and hassle-free. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Would recommend!

Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze, confortevole, spazioso, ben equipaggiato, pulito ed in ordine. Posto auto nello stabile comodo e con facile accesso all’ascensore interno. I nostri bambini hanno apprezzato molto la cameretta fornita di alcuni giochi. Host gentile, sempre disponibile e reattivo. Utilissimi i consigli per visitare la regione e per i pasti. Luanco è un paese costiero molto carino e comodo come base per esplorare la regione.

Excelente ubicacion, con parada de autobus y taxi frente al edificio. Zona comercial muy tranquila, apartamento bien iluminado, limpio y ventilado, sin olores residuales de fumadores. Edificio muy silencioso, para un buen descanso. Ponen lo necesario en la cocina (incluyendo leche y pods de nespresso!)

A little slice of heaven in the heart of Oviedo! If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place. The apartment has everything you need to make a visit great. Host assistance was always responsive. The bar/restaurant scene is expansive and accessible. Historical landmarks abound, all within a short walk. Highy recommended.

Un buen lugar para descasar, muy limpio y agradable, buena ubicación, recomiendo alojarse aquí por tu paso en Oviedo.
