I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

Located just minutes away from numerous great restaurants and bars in downtown l’Aquila, the convenience was unmatched. What truly made my experience memorable were the hosts, Carlo and Lucia. They were incredibly gracious, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home in a foreign city. I cannot recommend this AirBnB enough - a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in l’Aquila. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What a great place to stay, Zita and Hugh where wonderful hosts. We were met and shown the place along with some history. We've been to this area about 9 time since 2011 and travelled to Capestrano many times but this was the first time we stayed in Capestrano. We use to only go to one restaurant in the town but now staying here we ended up going to four, all good. The location is really good for day trips to Sulmona, Popoli, Navelli, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio and if you get the chance Campo Imperatore for arrosticini. We were 2 couples and we loved the place, the amenities made the place feel like home, the kitchen fully equipped, the washing machine and large common area for eating and relaxing. We had other friends in the area who came over for a drink and they all loved it as well. Thanks Zita and Hugh for providing a wonderful place.

Sono stato benissimo, l'alloggio é perfetto per più giorni. In posizione comoda se ci si sposta in auto nei dintorni. Grazie!

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. Thank you Leila.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Livios Unterkunft. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Vor Ort gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der Check-in und out war gut organisiert und so konnten wir auch spät anreisen. Parkplatz war direkt vorm Haus. Gastgeber Livio ist gut zu erreichen und hat uns gute Ausflugtipps gegeben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Host estremamente gentile reattivo nonostante abbiamo avuto dei problemi per il nostro arrivo. La nostra bambina non si era sentita bene. Speriamo di tornare in Cappadocia prestissimo

Great apartment! Very comfortable and spacious. Nice touch to leave water and a soda in the fridge. Very clean! I repeat - very clean!! Great central location. Has great amenities. Air con and heat worked well. Please know, it’s a third floor walk-up, no elevator. I was very comfortable here and would highly recommend, but would like to point out the following: towels were terrible and non absorbent. Shower is small. I didn’t see a clothes drying rack but also I didn’t ask about it. Needed more clothes hangers. As to be expected, you will have noise as you are right on the main piazza. Bed not the most comfortable, just ok. These things did not deter me from enjoying my stay. I really enjoyed this clean and spacious apartment in a great location in the main square in L’Aquila.

Excellente adresse située à proximité immédiate du centre historique de L'Aquila. L'appartement est bien équipé et est très spacieux. De plus, Alessandro est un hôte qui cherchera à rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Merci encore

L’appartamento ha un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova a soli 7 minuti in auto da L’Aquila, perfetto se vuoi trascorrere qualche giorno nella zona. Inoltre, è in una posizione ideale per esplorare il Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso. Alessio è stato super gentile. L’alloggio era in ottime condizioni: comodo, pulito, e la cosa migliore è che accetta animali. Consigliatissimo!

abbiamo passato un fine settimana meraviglioso, i posti da visitare sono davvero belli, campo imperatore con le montagne della catena del Gran Sasso offrono davvero tantissime escursioni da fare. Franca è stata gentilissima e molto accogliente, la sua casa è molto confortevole e il posto è davvero incantevole!!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Alessandro went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions for local excursions. He helped us discover some hidden gems we never would have found on our own. The property itself was quaint, cozy, and comfortable, everything we hoped for and more. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

A wonderful space in a wonderful place! Ideal location between the park and the historic aquaduct and piazza. Squeaky clean, welcoming, interesting, quiet, and well appointed.... we enjoyed our time dodging the heat of the day in Nuvoleinviaggio before another stroll to the piazza. Raffaelle ensured we were taken care of from reservation to checkout with excellent and very timely communication on topics from parking to local fare.

La casa è molto comoda, pulita e soleggiata. Siamo stati accolti con cordialità e puntualità, inoltre, sono stati forniti varie informazioni utili per il soggiorno ed una pasticceria top!!!!

Great host! She welcomed us warmly and showed us the property. The swimming pool is kinda panoramic and quite big. We could also do barbecue in the evening :) Dogs are allowed in and this is a plus

É una piccola ma bellissima oasi rigenerante di tranquillità e bellezza , ottima per lasciarsi dietro le spalle ritmi frenetici e stress. Amelia e il compagno sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e mai invadenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

L’appartamento di Stefano è perfetto per chi ha intenzione di trascorrere alcuni giorni di tranquillità in una bellissima parte dell’Abruzzo, nel bel mezzo del parco del Gran Sasso. Ampio, completamente accessoriato, pulito, dotato di un giardino che affaccia sulle montagne circostanti. L’appartamento è perfetto per famiglie, anche con bimbi piccoli. Il valore aggiunto di questo appartamento è sicuramente l’ospitalità di Stefano e della sua famiglia. Il papà di Stefano, Dino, ha accolto me e la mia famiglia come amici fraterni, dispensando ottimi consigli sulla zona e aiutandoci persino nella gestione della casa (in più occasioni, anche al mattino presto, mi ha aiutato ad accendere il fuoco del camino). Stefano ci ha persino portato dell’ottima carne dalla macelleria in cui lavora. Insomma, alloggio perfetto e ospitalità incredibile! Quando andremo in Abruzzo, torneremo sicuramente in questo alloggio!

Appartamento ben fatto e di recente ristrutturazione. Le camere sono ampie e ci si sta comodamente in 6 persone. La cucina è attrezzata con ogni cosa e i due bagni, pulitissimi, danno una mano in più per prepararsi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati e l'autostrada è a pochi km di distanza. Consigliatissimo!!

Abbiamo passato dei giorni di totale relax in questo squisito appartamento situato in un area strategica per visitare tutte le attrazioni locali, inoltre Paolo è stato super disponibile e ci ha accolto con grande ospitalità :)

L’appartamento è ancor più bello di come appare in foto, l’area della spa grandissima, è stato meraviglioso tornare dalle giornate di sci e rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio, Ci sono due tv una in camera ed una in soggiorno, e anche se non si vedono dalle foto ci sono due ampie finestre che danno su un delizioso cortile interno, quindi è anche silenziosissimo, la fermata dello skibus è proprio di fronte casa e puoi salire agli impianti in dieci minuti senza stressarti per il parcheggio. Consiglio questo alloggio a chiunque volesse concedersi una vacanza al massimo del comfort
