Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Owatonna

My son and I stayed with Ken and Sharon while receiving services at Mayo Clinic - and their place was ideal for our needs! Close enough to walk or a quick 7 minute drive. The location was central to great restaurants, stores, and parks. We really appreciated having more space to live in than a hotel offers. The apartment had everything we needed, was sparkling clean, and well appointed. Sharon responded to messages quickly, positively and accomodated a couple of requests we had. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay there again. PS: gorgeous yard and landscaping!

We were in Lake City for the Tour De Pepin. This Air B&B was about a block or two away from the starting line. It was so convenient being that close to everything! We were also able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the shores of Lake Pepin. The Air B&B had everything we needed and check in instructions were clear. The host responds promptly. Lots of stairs up to the apartment and no on site overnight parking. The overnight parking, however, was easy and just about a block away. We had no problems parking and the host provided very clear instructions where to park. We recommend this Air B&B. It has everything you will need and is very nicely decorated.

We loved this little apartment! Felt like home and great place to just relax after all the appointments and testings we had to do at Mayo. Would 100% rent this place again in the future.

I’m a repeat customer. Annie’s listing is a great place to stay when visiting our Carleton student. So handy to be able to stay within walking distance of the school and all the shops and restaurants on Division street. The listing itself is clean and spacious and bright, with everything we needed including a parking spot, and Annie is a great host with good communication

We loved our stay. It was super walkable to the Mayo Clinic and other downtown locations. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and cooked a full dinner. Check in was super easy. The place was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice relaxing space! Enjoyed the short visit. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio and listening to the sounds of summer.

My parents stayed here and loved it! Terri and Brett went above and beyond for anything they needed while staying there. We will definitely be staying at one of there places when we come back in 3 months.

A beautiful property with stunning views of Lake Pepin / the Mississippi River -- this was a wonderful home base for a weekend visiting studios during the annual Fresh Art Tour, and exploring nearby Maiden Rock, Stockholm and Pepin. We had a great time and would have loved to stay longer if we could. Thanks for sharing your home with us

We enjoyed our stay in Rochester. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Our toddler loved the toys and the park nearby.

Fantastic home in Rochester, very clean, well furnished interior that felt like a home and not just a rental, well stocked kitchen, and had extras that made the stay easier with a toddler including a pack and play and kid friendly, easy to clean toys! Highly recommend to others looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Our family of four had a great 4 night stay (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pre-teen). The house was clean and well cared for and had great natural light, even in the basement. The beds were very comfortable and with 5 rooms to choose from- all with their own tvs, everyone had what they needed. There were several common areas for us to spend time together and not feel cramped. We did eat out most days, but the kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The provided tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags and plenty of towels were appreciated. The neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to rest when we spent time at the house in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect for what we planned (ValleyFair- 20 minute drive; Sustainable Safari- 5 min; Mall of America- 15 min). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Bonnie and Joe were very responsive to questions I asked before and during our stay. We would stay here again!

Great place for our weekend - GREAT table to play games and set-up to sit and visit! Nice area to walk around when we needed to stretch out legs and get some fresh air!

While the house is showing its age and needing some updates, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided thus it received my 5 star rating. It is not a 5 star property but I don’t downgrade properties if I have a comfortable stay. Thank you

The stay was very comfortable. We had forgot a couple items such as a blow dryer but the house had it! Everything we needed was available. You could tell she really thought about what one might need for a stay. Bed was super comfy. We LOVED the flower garden and took advantage of it! Thanks for the selections of DVDs as we don't have streaming subscriptions. That was a definite plus! Love the beautiful wood floors too!

This was a great place, very clean, and very spacious. Although there was an issue with the electronic door when I first tried to enter, Scott was very quick to pick up the phone call and help me through the issue. While a part of a bigger apartment, it was quiet the whole time.

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

We had a great stay with Jackie. We had easy walk to mayo clinic as well as many wonderful shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and anyone staying here to check out the Old Rooster antique shop as well as Midwest vintage toys and the arcade all of which are basically right across the street.

Comfy bed, centrally located and good communication! We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea! Had a great evening at RiverTime Wine Bar!

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

I stayed here for a week while at Mayo Clinic. It was a wonderful place to rest and recover. The beds are very comfortable, the place felt modern, and it was way more convenient than a hotel room. Had everything I needed for the stay. It is downtown, so there are some downtown noises - the train, traffic, etc but that didn’t bother me at all, I knew this going into the stay. Also, stairs to get to the unit, again not a problem for me. Perfect place, will be back.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.
