The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. They were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed throughout my stay. We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Cowbell Cottage! From the moment we arrived, our host Tracy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – she was so kind and helpful. The cottage itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and everything felt so fresh and new. The area is absolutely stunning and peaceful, yet just a quick 20-minute drive to the concert venue in Beaver Dam. The fresh eggs were such a sweet touch (and delicious – thank you, Tracy!), and let’s talk about those PILLOWS… hands down, the best sleep ever! Every detail of our stay was perfect. We can’t say enough great things about this little piece of paradise. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great place to stay while we caught up with family

Beautiful updated home! Had high end appliances, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable! Loved the great water pressure.Enjoyed the big screen tvs. Outside was very manicured. Enjoyed the big covered porch as it rained a lot. Big dock and fire pits with wood our favorite Saw an eagle salamanders and a toad. Thanks so much for having us! God bless! Jeff and Mike

Beautiful location, amazing home, plenty of space for relaxing, very comfortable and homey. My son really enjoyed having his own space upstairs and in the game room. Will definitely stay again in the future. The host is amazing, extremely friendly, and communicates very well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and will definitely rent from here again. Hasib is a great host and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows.

Jon was helpful, friendly, flexible, and a very responsive communicator. The room was clean and quiet, and it had a comfortable bed with soft linens. The bathroom was small, but that was as advertised, and it worked fine for me. This room is very close to downtown and the Ford Center. It is located in a building that has a beautifully maintained yard with seating near flowers, landscaping, and a small water fountain (?), thereby creating a peaceful experience. I was able to park for free in the street very close to the entrance too.

As an Evansville area native, this is probably the best area you could possibly stay in. I’ve always loved the old historic houses by the river front, so it was exciting to stay in one. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and tastefully eclectic with a lot of character; the polar opposite of the typical gentrified AirBnB where everything is cobbled together from an At Home store or Hobby Lobby. The artwork was very elegant and it felt very cozy. Everything was super clean. The bed is a bit small but super comfortable. Has everything you need. The price was great. Check in was very easy, parking also wasn’t an issue at all. 10/10

We had a great time staying in Michael's place. Such an ideal location for us to stay near Holiday World, and less than 10 mins from everything else! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Would definitely come back to stay again in the future!

Space was very nice as described. Veranda overlooking Ohio River was amazing and was a great feature to have on a rainy weekend. Host is very responsive and accommodating

We stayed at one of Stacy‘s Airbnb‘s for five days while attending a conference in a nearby city and we are so grateful we did! Her place felt like home and everything was super clean and looked just like the pictures. There was a minor thing that needed addressed in the unit before we arrived and she was gracious enough to offer us the other two units that were there, but we chose to stay in the original unit and it worked out great! She was extremely quick to respond and answered my many questions about a great place to find a cup of coffee or somewhere to grab a bite to eat afterwards, we really appreciated that! If we are ever back in the area, we will be sure to stay there again, thanks so much!

Very nice and well kept. Near highway but quiet. Beds comfortable. There is a staircase so just keep that in mind for bad knees. :-) We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very very clean would stay again

Our family of four stayed and we loved it. Super convenient to the zoo and the mall. It seems brand new. Cozy and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

Everything was spectacular. The location, the furniture, the cleanliness, and etc .. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. It’s definitely worth the price.

Great place loved the area but that particular unit right on busy street. The unit very clean very nice!! Would go again! Maybe different unit
