You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

A cute little gem in down east Maine

It’s a cozy, private and calm space. Kind of “quirky artsy zen”. *Please note that there are steep stairs inside the apt. **Also stairs leading up to deck/door. *We are on route one/Main st. This is a BUSY road. FYI :) Guests say that the space is quiet. The location is convenient. 15 -20 minute radius to all the down east attractions. There are parks to walk dogs nearby. Laurels bakery is 2 minute walk down theThe downtown has restaurants, general store, coffee and art- to name a few!

SUMMER ROSE - Overlooking the Field of Dreams pasture, and future pond, is a spacious wooden yurt with a spectacular ceiling, personal hot tub and "Hideout" a screened in sanctuary. The Appleton Retreat is situated on 120 acres of privately owned land. To the south, a short walk from Summer Rose, is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area where you can view wildlife or kayak; and to the north, a wooded trail leads to a secluded pond on 1,300 acres of Nature Conservancy protected land.

This house encompasses the second and third floors, with great ocean views. The first floor is a separate apartment. The property has a large back yard to relax or play in and a dedicated BBQ. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! A hot tub is conveniently located off the deck for ultimate relaxation! This cabin is tucked away, surrounded by nature! But also conveniently located to so many wonderful spots in the Midcoast! Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.
