In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You get free exercise on the sturdy stairs that lead up to the cabin. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Here on Ekeby farm you live close to animals & nature. 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store & gas station. 1 hour from stockholm & 15 minutes to Nyköping. The kitchen is equipped with two stove plates, Air fryer, oven is not available. Outdoors there is a barbecue with charcoal and lighter fluid. Duvets and pillows are available, but you bring your own bedding and towels. Cleaning is not included. Cleaning equipment is available so you can clean up after yourself.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor. Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
