Great place to stay during The EPIC Cup

I’m sure that the fault was my own in that I didn’t interpret the description correctly, but I was surprised to find it to be a single room dwelling. That being said, it was perfect for my purposes. 5 minutes from my daughter at Miami, very clean and peaceful! Be aware that the only sink is in the bathroom, and there are no plates/flatware … very much like a hotel room, only much more private and cozier. I definitely recommend it to singles or a couple looking for a nice place to sleep.

I stayed here with my semi-professional volleyball team and it was a great fit. We all had enough space to stay comfortably. Reshma was a phenomenal host and was always providing helpful instructions and checking in. If you’re looking for a cozy, perfect home, this is your place!!!!

My family and I felt like we were home. Great place to disconnect from hustle and bussel of everyday life while being close enough to enjoy Oxford. Thank you for the fantastic time we will be back!!!!!!

We have stayed here previously and it was great again! We were able to check in early, it was spotless, comfortable and close to everything!

Our family had a wonderful weekend stay! Comfortable beds, nice amenities, and warm, friendly communication. Location was great. Would definitely love to stay again when our travels take us back to Oxford!

Jason was a super host, he was able to accommodate a last minute request, that made our weekend. The home had many upgrades (heated bathroom floors, combo coffee maker, super soft pillows) that made the stay more than we expected.

Great place to stay when visiting Miami. We will stay again next time we are in town. Had a baby deer visit us in the back yard. Only 1 tv in the house so if your use to watching tv in your room bring an iPad or something. Couches were super comfy. Nice that checkout is 11. Most places want 10 which is ridiculous.

Very nice apartment on the River. Many walkable restaurants. Able to walk to Stadiums in Cincy. Apartment was nice and clean. Comfortable King Bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Follow instructions parking vehicle.

Cute little loft that we enjoyed for our one night stay. Very friendly and responsive and short drive to Olde Schoolhouse Winery which is why we visited the area. Thanks for sharing your Airbnb. Would recommend.

Was in town for the Bayern Munich game, and this was such an easy location to get into the city from, while still being quiet and feeling secluded. My kid loved the animals too. Arrival and property instructions were clear and easy, amenities were as described. Thanks again!

Outstanding location, always a responsive host, and the room is private and clean. It is always a pleasant stay, I highly recommend! The hosts are quite friendly but also give you privacy at the same time. Streaming movies, a grill, a patio … 5/5 everytime

I loved the fact that the apartment was just like the photos! Very spacious , amazing openness from kitchen to living room. I loved the balcony! Wish it wasn’t snowing and freezing so that I could really enjoy the balcony. I would most definitely stay again

We loved staying here for a night out in Cincinnati. OTR area is super close and downtown is a short uber drive. The house was super clean and the bed was so comfy. Us 3 girls had so much room and really enjoyed having the deck. It was a quiet neighborhood and we walked home late from the bars and felt safe. Only thing to note is that the place is up a couple flights of stairs but we weren’t bothered by that.

My daughter and I visited Cincinnati for her orientation at UC, and Nav’s place was perfect! The location was ideal—close to UC, Over-the-Rhine, and downtown, with plenty of walkable spots. Nav’s binder of recommended restaurants and places to visit was super helpful and much appreciated, since it was our first time in the city. We’d definitely recommend his place to others!

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

The condo is in the perfect location with so much to do right out the door. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt at home. The restaurant below was a great spot for breakfast and the light rail across the street made our visit to Cincy so easy.

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

This place is amazing! The apartment is new and clean. It is located next to the road but it is quiet at night. Shopping area is just less than 10 mins away. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need. The mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable that I actually look forward to sleep in at the end of the day. The host is very nice and responsive. He also accommodated us to check out late. Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
