We had a fantastic stay at Louis’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. Louis was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and everything was well-organized. Very convenient location, close to Caversham centre. The place is quite small, as advertised, so would recommend only if you are by yourself. Also as advertised, the parking entrance is extremely narrow, so if you have a car, you might want to park elsewhere. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Very warm and well equipped lodge. Completely private - didn't hear a soul over the stay. Very comfortable bed and decent wifi. It's a remote location but there are villages with shops a few miles away.

The flat was very clean and comfortable. Well located, very close to a bus stop that took us to the city centre. Erlinda was a very welcoming and helpful host. I will not hesitate booking again with her next time I have family visiting Oxford.

Good, clean place to stay in a reasonable convenient location and the flat has great amenities. Front door is a bit stiff but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

This was a lovely stay, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean, the gist was super friendly and helpful, I felt right at home. Will definitely use again. I got a great night sleep both nights, it is a nice quiet area.

Having just had a year of major surgeries this was exactly what I needed to aid my recovery. The location is perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay. The open land at the back of the property was great for the dog and I even managed a few short walks thanks to the thoughtful management of the area. We saw plenty of wildlife and heard lots of bird song. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Wow, wow, wow! This AirBnB is unmatched. From enquiry to check-in and check out, the Lach team were so helpful. The home itself is huge, peaceful and accommodating. It makes the perfect place to unwind with friends or family, with enough space for downtime and minimal noise. Then let’s talk about the sun-trap grounds… we were in awe at how much care has been taken to maintain the enormous garden and pool. Even at the furthest point of the garden, it is not overlooked; this truly makes for a relaxing, undisturbed stay. A retreat. While the house clearly has history, it still feels clean and fresh where there have been tasteful renovations. Practicalities are covered with ample parking, fantastic location and amenities nearby, without road noise. If there were to be an improvement, it’d be nice to have a dining area that seats all 8 guests but this didn’t affect us. Staying here feels like a special treat, and we’re already fixing a date to return! Thank you team Lach

The most perfect house for our girlie weekend away. Firstly the house, garden and driveway was GORGEOUS, exactly as it was in the photos. The house had everything we needed to host for 15 of us and everyone was comfortable. The location of the house was perfect. It took us less than 10 mins by taxi to get into town. Ronan recommended us using Chiltern taxis who were incredibly responsive. Ronan was incredibly responsive during the booking process and when we stayed at the house. The manual we received covered everything we could have possibly needed! This house deserves more than a 5* review. Thank you so much Ronan! I will for sure be recommending to any friends and family.

Stayed at Maria’s lovely home in Abingdon while I had business in the area. She kindly answered all of my questions in advance, and was a prompt communicator throughout the stay. Spacious home, lots of amenities, and a great backyard space and nearby playground for my daughter to play in. Short drive to cafes and pubs in downtown Abingdon. Would stay here again!
