A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Great space, calming decor in a lovely neighbourhood. We used the house as a base for the weekend but I wish we had more time here as the home was very welcoming and we would have loved to have stayed longer! Host was great, brilliant instructions when we were arriving late into the evening. Very responsive on the messages. Thank you!

Soraya place is loveley and also in a lovely location. It was convinient for where I needed to get too. Her place is very clean and nicely done up. Little things like the small kettle in the room made a difference. She gave permission to use the office which was nice. I enjoyed visually browing her book collection.

Lovely like new apartment with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Even had a small outdoor area, weather permitting :) Good communication and easy to access property. Met family for a very nice Sunday lunch at the Flintgate pub next door. Can walk to Walton or Weybridge stations, both about 25 minutes. Main supermarket bout 15 mins, local ones nearby. Really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Carrie's place. It was a home away from home! Our 18mth old daughter absolutely loved the big spacious garden equipt with slide, swings and trampoline and flat grass area to run around and play footie 😀 It also has a fantastic playroom / conservatory filled with books and toys. The 3 bedrooms were spacious, light and cosy, perfect for R&R, as was the rest of the home. The hosts were wonderful. They gave us clear instructions to check in etc and always responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and would love to stay again in the future.
