Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

Ε ίναι 250 τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 8 μέχρι 10 άτομα, διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 WC, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 τζάκι , μπάρμπεκιου, πάρκινγκ, μεγάλες βεράντες , υπέροχο κήπο , πισίνα και μπιλιάρδο. Απέχει μόλις 8 λεπτά, με το αυτοκίνητο, από το λιμάνι και το κέντρο. Αποτελεί ιδανική επιλογή για φίλους και οικογένειες.

Enjoy its unique view, watching the "crazy waters" sweep away the boats and sailboats! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 double beds as well as a large sofa bed. Each room has air conditioning and in the living room there is a large one to cover the whole space. There's also an Xbox in our living room
