The rail trail is minutes away and is great for walking or cycling and goes right around Wood Lake (Turtle Bay pub is a great stop on this route) as well as along the shore of Kalamalka Lake right into Vernon. Perfectly located with Silver Star is just up the road, lakes and wineries minutes away. It's very quiet and relaxing. We have a front yard for use on the greens. An Unforgettable Getaway in Lake Country! Our stay in Lake Country, BC was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The suite was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy linens, blackout shades and coffee. The view of the lake and surrounding area was truly breathtaking—sunsets from the deck were next-level. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and adventure. Steven and Roze were incredibly warm and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with amazing scenery, comfort, and a strong touch of luxury, this is the place. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Cute, cozy and functional. This unit was perfect for two of us on our cross-country ski trip. The place was spotless and beautifully appointed. The private hot tub, steps from the door, was sublime. The kitchen was spacious and allowed for cooking full meals. The gas fireplace made for peaceful evenings. High quality linens and lots of little touches made for a great stay. Hosts were friendly and responsive but not intrusive. Vernon is a cute town, close to x-c and downhill skiing, with nice restaurants. Glad we picked this AirBnb for our stay.

Josh's place is a total gem. Photos don't do the place justice. immaculate, clean and very well appointed in every way possible. not only do they provide extra towels and blankets, there are robes as well. In the cabin, there are 2 different ways to make your coffee and all cookware, baking ware and glasses for every possible use. The animals on site are very friendly. The hosts are very pleasant to chat with if you want, or they are fine with just a quick hello. They will offer recommendations for things to do or see from the parks around them down into Kelowna and Picton. We'll worth the stay at Zola Zoo. Wish he had more days to stay there.
