Here you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee, on the large terrace, while studying boating just outside. Great cruise ships sail majestically past, about in the middle of the living room. About 15 minutes by car to Bergen city center. Otherwise, you can take the bus from the bus stop nearby. There is also passenger boat connection from Kleppestø quay, not far away.

Øien 530 with 40 hp Yamaha (requires a certificate or that you were born before 1980) Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 hp Tohatsu is available. Parabolic with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp, price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hk is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel cost NOK 150/person.
