Welcome 😊 Enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings! The apartment has a separate entrance, at the end of our single-family home where we live. Private pool in a separate building for the use of guests. The pool is warm from winter holidays to November. In the winter season, you can rent without a pool – lower price. Train on a treadmill, rowing machine, and elliptical machine. Infrared sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. Rental of kayak and paddleboard. Boat and fishing equipment can be rented by appointment. Use of all equipment is at your own risk.

Villa

Relax with the whole family in the idyllic house on a small farm in Øygarden. The place has a large patio and nice views of Hjeltefjorden. To Bergen city center 30 min. and to Kollsnes 15 min. The shopping center is only 8 minutes away by car. There are many good hiking trails for those who like to hike! Several playgrounds in nature for families with small children. For the fishing enthusiast, there are opportunities both from land and from boat. If you want to rent a kayak for a day or a weekend, it can be booked at Øygarden Kayak Center.

It is 20 minutes to Bergen city center by car and close to Sotra Golf Course. The home is a mecca for families with children with its own cinema/playroom/gaming room, private playground, trampoline and large garden.You also have access to a year-round pool, barbecue/pizza oven, lounge areas, table tennis table and garage gym.Lovely swimming opportunities at Lake Morlandsvannet, which is nearby.

It’s now an opportunity to rent a new cabin by the sea with an incredible view, with space for a large family/group of friends and a top kitchen and bathroom. Recently fit an extra WC in a separate room. Nearby is Panorama Hotell & Resort with facilities as a restaurant, boat hire and a great swimming beach that can be used. The cabin is also equipped with a washing machine. Short drive to Bergen city center, Sund and Sartor center, Øygarden, Marsteinen by boat, fishing, Vestlandet, Hordaland.

Classic villa

Only about 25 minutes drive to Bergen city. There is room for several families here, with 8 beds, with the possibility of 12 guests by borrowing an extra double inflatable mattress of good quality. Four bedrooms are equipped with TV, and three with sofas, these can also be used as beds for children. Child-friendly area and walking distance to kindergarten with nice playgrounds and therapy pool near by. The nearest swimming area is right across the street, about 200 m from the house. Sunny plot

Nice child-friendly detached house in a cozy neighborhood, just a few minutes walk down to the sea for swimming, crab fishing etc. Panorama Hotel just a few minutes away by car, offers boat rental, restaurant and coffee bar with fresh baked goods. The house has a trampoline, a large garden with a fire pit, a football goal, a large pool (not heated), gaming equipment, immediate proximity to nice hiking trails right from the house, and a cozy playground in the middle of the residential area.

Vacation property on Bildøy – long-term rental/second home

Can be rented annually from June 1, 2026, or later – for one year at a time. Unique, modern vacation property close to all amenities and the center of Bergen. A 4-acre secluded plot offers a total sense of freedom. The cabin is located right on the shore of the lake, with excellent swimming and fishing opportunities. Parking by the main road and a 20-minute walk along a path to the cabin. The first rental period will be waived if a subsequent annual agreement is entered into.
