Über eine offene Treppe gelangt man in die helle Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Oberneuland, die nach 250 m auf den Fernradwanderweg von Bremen nach Hamburg führt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit einer Wanderung oder einer Fahrradtour in die fantastische Wümme-Niederung beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (ca.800m), die Bushaltestelle liegt am Ende der Straße und der Bahnhof Oberneuland ist nah. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Es ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Hochbett und einem zusätzlichen Klappbett. Das Bad ist in einem Extra Gebäude . ( Wie auf einem Campingplatz) Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden . Ein kleiner Schreibtisch der auch zum Frühstücken dient jedoch nur für eine Person .Grundsätzlich ist es eh nur für eine Person geeignet.Das Bad wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

Arrive and feel good. Country house for two to four people furnished with a lot of love for detail. Shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Bread service and bike rental available on request. Very good transport connections to Bremen and Hamburg. Excursions to Altes Land, Lüneburg Heath and the Teufelsmoor. Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

Nice apartment with kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker (pads). Double bed with separate 1m x 2m mattresses. Desk and TV. Separate bathroom with shower. No pets, non-smoking apartment. Conveniently located in 5 minutes walk to Achimer Bahnhof, from there in 12 minutes at Bremer Hauptbahnhof. In addition, a 1-minute walk to the Achimer city centre (bakery 200 m) or a few minutes' drive to the Weser.

Wümmewiesenblick

The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

In my small apartment on the outskirts of Fischerhude, everyone is welcome, no matter where from and with whom. Since this accommodation is a large room, a couple is probably the easiest to accommodate, or a family with child(ren). There is a small kitchen in which the basic food is available. For further requests, I always have an open ear. Pets may only be brought on request.

Das Apartment ist im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Dieses befindet sich im besten Stadtteil Bremens, eine schöne und ruhige Lage nicht weit vom Geschehen entfernt. Die Stadt und das Unigelände ist mit dem Bus und der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Grünflächen in der Umgebung.
