THE ROOM IS PAID FOR A DAILY FEE UP TO A CERTAIN LIMIT. THERE IS A BARBECUE IN THE GARDEN AND A GARDEN FIREPLACE IN THE GARDEN. THE HOUSE IS 500 METERS FROM THE BEACH (RESTAURANTS, MARKET) AND BORDERS THE FOREST. THE AREA WHERE THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IS QUIET AND CALM AND THE VEHICLE TRAFFIC IS NOT AVAILABLE. THE HOUSE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR A COUPLE, BUT IF YOU WANT TO STAY AS A FAMILY, I ACCEPT UP TO 4 PEOPLE.

Very close to the art street on foot in terms of location. The patio of the house is very pleasant. All the needs were considered. We enjoyed it a lot, we didn't even want to leave the house:) We also had no problems communicating with the host.

For a group of 5 people it was a perfect stay - 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the amenities, the views from windows/terraces and privacy feeling, modern household and great location, closeness to Urla center. It was indeed the perfect stay and definitely worth the money! The host was really helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had, they had also 2 small dogs in territory who cheered our moods every time we met them :) when we will come back, would choose this villa again. And big thanks especially to Alpay!

Your Peaceful and Happy Home

It has a very beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecue and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a WC. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing - I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every matter, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

It was a really great stay experience! The house was so much nicer than it looked in the photos. Cleanliness and tidiness were perfect, and everything was thought of in the house, there were small but very important details such as air conditioning, coffee machine, fresh coffee, even acetone and cotton buds. We felt very comfortable. The location was also very central, everything was very close. We thank the host for his hospitality. We definitely plan to come back! "

I research every airbnb house I choose for days and try to find a house that fits all my needs. So every house takes me to another world for a few days. Ms. Dila's house was one of the best of my experiences in Turkey. The location of the house is quite close to the city and so isoley. All the necessities were thought out and clearly positioned. Thanks to the informations, we didn't need to ask anything else during the holiday. There are cute peaceful corners inside the house and on the patio where you can enjoy different times of the day. We stayed with my wife, I think we couldn't have done better for a few days in a romantic way. We would like to thank Ms. Dila and Mr. Reha for their warm, friendly welcome and hosting.
