My family and I loved the place. It was exactly as shown in the listing. Had a power outage when we arrived, kind of common in Chiang mai, but the host was incredibly responsive and she handled the issue well although she was out of town. Location wise, right opposite are 7/11 and mini Lotus, 5-10 mins to the nearest Big C and Makro. Close to the airport but far enough as we couldn't hear the planes Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.

Our Dearest Host Nida, We will definitely comeback and stay at your place again soon. Nida is a very responsive, kind, friendly, helpful host. Me and the family stayed at her place for 11 days and we loved it. the firepit, the garden, the fish in the pond and the location is close to everything. We Highly and deeply recommend her place. This is a quiet little piece of heaven in a corner of Chiang Mai tucked away on a hill. The location was stunning and if you are seeking serenity, this is exactly what you’d like. From fireflies that twinkle at night to the beautiful frangipani that was in bloom, and the layers of surrounding mountains, I loved every single bit of it. The cabin is tastefully designed, and comfortable. And what makes it all even more lovely are Apple and her partner Toshi… quietly making sure you are comfortable and every need is taken care of while being as unobtrusive as possible. I was amazed at their generosity and kindness in every single thing from the tiny details of the cookies in the kitchen to the delicious breakfast they served everyday. They did their best to accommodate every request I had and made me feel comfortable and at home as if with family, helped arrange transport and even checked in to ensure I was ok once I left. I feel blessed to have met them and stayed here.

We were three adults and two kids who needed a place to stay. Rose's house was perfect. It was spacious and quiet and had 24 hour guard at the entrance. The house was clean and tidy and had modern interior. Rose was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Benjamin and Kathrin were very quick, proactive and great hosts. They answered all queries within 5-10 minutes. We had issue with water supply one night after we got back from outside but they made sure it's resolved within next one hour. We travelled with three small kids, hence all amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable. The place is located very close to airport like 15 minutes and right in the middle of all happening places around which isn't more than 10 minutes by cab. Cab was very easy to get and place was easy to locate. Overall loved the stay and would highly recommend with or without kids.

The host and her aunt were very accommodating. Check in was a breeze and flexible, too. They let us stay at a separate unit temporarily because we got to their place really early. The place was nice and cozy. Perfect for groups at an affordable price. There’s also a nearby restaurant called Majia which had great food with an even greater ambiance. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to the host and her aunt. They were both very very nice. 10/10 would recommend and I would def go back here if I ever find myself in Chiang Mai again. 🫶
