House holiday rentals in Pa Daet Sub-district

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

超出预期的好房子！ 首先这个房子真的好大好喜欢，像一个真正的家一样应有尽有，而且家居和装置都非常有品味，好像住进了一个家居博主的家里，头顶的艺术品、地板的花纹、四处的小植物，还有各种可爱的小玩意……处处都是细节和审美，每一个都想要🥺 进入到主卧里，都是香喷喷的，被子也是软软的，给人一种非常安心的感觉。房屋还有一个超级大的院子，房东姐姐还提供了四台自行车，也太贴心了。后院提供了洗衣机和晾晒区。而且因为设置了非常多纱窗，屋子里也没什么蚊虫，总而言之，这个家非常适合长期居住。每天早上走路2分钟就可以抵达一个超级棒的咖啡馆，慢悠悠吃个早餐，而且在那里也买了好多艺术品，感觉这个地方的人们都在很认真地生活着 唯一可能就是有点远，晚上如果回家晚可能会有点黑，但是骑摩托的话其实也能解决这个问题，是适合想要体验慢生活的人可以考虑的。有点遗憾没能和房东姐姐们好好聊天，感觉她们应该是非常有审美和生活品质的人，而且她们最近也在市集里摆摊，希望有机会能和她们交流

环境很好，适合一家或者朋友一起旅行居住，前面大草坪，屋后就是河，可以散步🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

Khun Yui, und ihre Familie, sind ein SUPER Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Nicht nur war das Haus sauber, und sehr gut eingerichtet, wir mußten auch grundlegende Sachen wie Wasser, Toilettenpapier erstmal nicht kaufen weil da schon ein Bestand vorhanden war. Die Lage ist auch Klasse, und der Flughafen fällt eigentlich kaum auf. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man im Central Airport, und sowohl im Moo Ban als an der Hauptstraße gibt es viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und Essen für zu Hause einzukaufen. Ebenso ist der Weg in die Altstadt nicht weit, und wenn man raus möchte, bspweise Richtung Rajapruk Park und Doi Kham ist man mit dem Auto auch in kürzester Zeit da. Wir waren glücklich in den gut 2 Wochen die wir da waren, danke.

The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

我覺得這間可以當作最後一晚入住的地方，因為住宿附近比較沒有什麼店家，要走到馬路的7-11需要大約8-10分鐘，路上比較偏暗覺得相對不安全一些些，但離機場只要10分鐘的車程非常方便！！！地板有些許灰塵我覺得還可以打掃的更好，然後床太軟了，只要枕邊人翻個身很像地震一樣會晃😅，但我覺得老闆娘的服務很好，有問必答，回覆速度蠻快的，民宿內每間房間都有空氣清淨機，客廳還有一台大電視聲音很好畫質也很好，冰箱有免費的水與飲料，但酒類要錢！最後這裡有一個大泳池可以讓朋友家人一同玩樂吃東西聊天，我覺得整體來說還是蠻推薦的！

房客回答很親切，服務很好，會推薦餐廳跟咖啡店，都是很棒的建議。只是有時差問題，回答的時間會慢一點。 房子很乾淨，客廳冷氣夠涼，廚房設備很完整非常適合全家出遊，主臥冷氣很涼，浴廁乾濕分離，這點值得推薦。頂樓4樓前主臥除了冷氣不夠涼，其他都很完美。，4樓後房間早上會有鴿子活動，建議帶耳塞入睡，除了浴室有一點點淹水，其他都很完美。 大致上這個民宿是值得推薦的👍👍👍👍👍

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!
