Casa Querencia is the perfect spot for a relaxing escape. This bright and cozy space is a beautiful 3 floor home with modern amenities situated in the historic center of town with 3 bedrooms, an office, an open floor plan, a brand new kitchen, a balcony with a view, and an open terrace for outdoor enjoyment.

Magia d'Estate Apartment

My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding attractions, including Sulmona, Pacentro and the renowned ski slopes of Roccaraso. Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in this oasis of serenity.

La Coccinella, cozy and quiet home.

Sulmona is a two-minute drive away and near the house is the Celestine Abbey, at the foot of Mount Morrone. Great starting point for visiting the Peligna Valley and the surroundings full of landscapes and picturesque villages. The house has stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor where there is a bathroom and a double bedroom. Parking is free about 50 meters from the house.

The Giardinetto di Pettorano

Let yourself be enveloped by the warm and elegant atmosphere of the Giardinetto and spend a fabulous stay in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A few kilometers from the ski slopes of Roccaraso and a few minutes from Sulmona, Pettorano is located within the Monte Genzana and Alto Gizio Nature Reserve and offers numerous opportunities to discover local nature and history.
