2 bedroom 1 bath home with mountain lodge decor. Home overlooks picturesque creek that allows for wading and trout fishing. Home is 8 miles outside of Rapid City. We have Century Link for the internet it sometimes does not work the fastest but it is only one available because of the hills. Two of our tvs are on cable so always work one is on the internet and works if internet is working.

Cheryl really went above and beyond with every detail! From the coffee and filters to the soap and guide books. Such a cute homestead. Very friendly hosts and beautiful location in the Black Hills. Extremely clean and well stocked with a very comfortable king-sized bed. A must book if you’re in the area!

Let’s be honest…this place was nothing short of spectacular!!! It was perfection in a cozy, peaceful getaway! It was beautiful and every detail well thought out! Every area was supremely clean and had everything you could possibly need! The surroundings were exactly what you dream of in a South Dakota mountain getaway! Would definitely return and stay again! Oh and almost forgot our favorite part of the stay the beautiful Miss Nova was the most amazing surprise and we would return just for her! 10/10 recommend! You won’t find a better place to stay!

Great and cozy place to stay. Kathy and Blake are great people and very friendly. We trailed our motorcycle to S.D and it rained several days while we were there. They allowed us to use their garage for the motorcycle. Quiet place with a great view. Close enough to all the sites you would want to visit near Rapid City. Nicely decorated, felt like home.

The place was just as advertised. Cozy, ideal for private sorts like me. It's remote enough but not too remote; half an hour to rapid city. Silver City road is a hoot on a motorcycle. There's no dining table or stove but I did quite well with the hot plate and coffee table. Also ideal for John Wayne fans. Late May came with a lot of drizzle this year.

Great place to stay for our family! We enjoyed the ranch setting and the animals. The location is great and close to so many attractions. There are many amenities offered. We were very excited to see that they had added a beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately at the time we were there it wasn’t open yet, but families will really appreciate it in the future.

This place is magical. So lovely and peaceful and secluded, but close enough to everything you'd want to do. We had a hard time leaving the cabin to go on excursions, it was such a wonderful place to be.
