Emmanuel’s apartment in Vernon was an excellent base for exploring the area. He communicated clearly and promptly, and check-in and check-out were very straightforward. The dedicated parking space was a real bonus. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend it.

Great stay in Evreux. Lovely host and always available in case of any problems. The apartment was perfect and matches the photo. The location is perfect because it is located 5 minutes from the city center on foot.

A very nice apartment under the roof, equipped with everything you could need. Even with a few foods that I was expressly allowed to help myself to. This was very convenient for me on the evening of my arrival by bike, so that I did not have to search for a supermarket while hungry. What I learned on the occasion (and could be useful for others if necessary): The stove seems to have dropouts from time to time. These can be easily fixed by pushing the lever at the top right of the fuse box down once and then up again. Thanks to the neighbor and Aurelien's father for the help. Otherwise, the stay was a complete success.

We spent a short family stay in Yann's apartment and everything was perfect. It is very easy to reach the city center on foot and it is very appreciable. Otherwise the surroundings offer many walks, we took advantage of the beautiful weather to go around the lake of the 2 lovers which is 15 min by car: beaches, tree climbing course, beautiful walking course... everything is there to have a good time. If you pass through the area, stop, it's worth it!

In one word: paradise! In addition to the absolutely extraordinary hospitality and kindness of Albane and Julien, the quality of the cottage and the park that surrounds it, which has marked us the most and which we particularly appreciated is the calm that reigns in this place almost out of time. That being said, enjoying the pool, lunch in the sun, contemplating the river flowing peacefully, listening to the wind in the trees, snuggling into the cocoon that this mill is once dark, also delighted us. It's simple: at the time of writing this review, I hesitate to publish it as the desire to return is strong and the fear that it is available is present.

Pleasant accommodation, clean and nicely decorated. We were very well received, with a delicious cake on arrival, which was a particularly appreciated touch! The equipment is complete and perfectly thought out: everything is there, whether for cooking, relaxing or feeling at home (towels, leisure, etc.). The place is quiet and the accommodation typical, which adds a lot of charm to the stay. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely weekend at Jacques and Eric's! They're really thoughtful hosts who take pleasure in connecting with you. The house and its garden are superb, very quiet and surrounded by fields. Everything is spotless, we really liked the possibility of turning the double beds into single beds, having come for a weekend with friends. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay. The cozy decor and look of the house together with the view at the rear makes life on the location a whole for us. For our young children, plenty of space both inside and outside to discover. In the area we have done a lot of fun activities.

We had a pleasant stay. We were 6 adults and a baby, we found the accommodation comfortable and with all the necessary equipment. The terrace and large garden were very nice. The hosting was very warm and with all the necessary information. We recommend this place to visit the area, being close to several tourist spots.

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

Beautiful, relaxing, and walkable. I traveled with myself (dad), two high school aged daughters, and a friend of theirs. This was our favorite home away from home during our trip through Europe. It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed! Geraldine and Pascal helped to make the trip easy and gave great recommendations about restaurants. We also did two days in Paris with train back and forth each day. Pretty easy day trips and so nice to come back to serene home in the country. Highly recommend!

Functional accommodation decorated and furnished with taste. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, spices and condiments available. Washing machine with detergent, not used but maybe convenient. Very nice accommodation.

I spent 3 weeks at Ricardo's apartment and immediately felt very good there. The apartment is very well-equipped, impeccable and Ricardo is very responsive. Recommended!

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great place to stay! Pascal was a wonderful host and has a lovely property. The finish in the apartment is of a high standard much more than just a holiday let. The location is lovely with views over the river, amenities in Vernon and the train station (just an hour in to Paris). We asked Pascal about kayaking along the river and he made enquiries on our behalf. We used m: Canoe Kayak Vernon just €20 per adult, they are just across the bridge on the left. We had a lovely stay, thank you so much Pascal.

Thanks to Raphaël for his hospitality and extreme availability. A host, pleasant, welcoming and discreet. The room is comfortable and has everything you need to feel good. The balcony is a real plus. I'd recommend it without a second thought.
