Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Paddington Basin

We thoroughly enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday here with our kids, ages 4 and 6. It was cozy and comfortable, and even decorated with a Christmas tree, which really made it feel like home. Nicely sized space. Convenient to all modes of public transportation, some great restaurants, and shops, but still on a quiet street. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the food basket, complete with some essentials, that welcomed us on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

What a lovely place and location. The house was emaculate clean and well-equipped. It's so well-built and insulated in fact that it was quite warm upstairs. Had to leave all the windows open overnight. Good workout going up and down the stairs of this mews. The back yard was a wall of green which was incredibly relaxing to look at. Would definitely return and recommend.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

A lovely place to stay – highly recommend.

Anne was a kind and welcoming host—she let me check in early, made me tea, and showed me around the house. My room and bathroom were clean, and the home was well-located. I also wasn’t told until arrival that Anne would be away and her son would be the only person at the house. He was friendly and respectful, but as a solo female traveler, I would’ve appreciated knowing that in advance. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Flawless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rhian’s and only wish I had more time there. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Cleanliness was perfect as well :)

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and super well located with plenty of transport options nearby, which made getting around really easy. Communication with Angela was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Big thanks to her! I’d definitely recommend this place.

The property was excellent place to live right in the heart of London yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s surrounded by great Arabic restaurants (which I’m a fan of) and other qsr brands such as KFC, Domino’s, & Chicking. There are many groceries and a TESCO express and Sainsburry local if you wish to cook on your own or purchase any other stuff. Also it’s closer to tube stations and bus stop and always taxi is available when you step out from the building. If I ever visit back London again, I would definitely love to rebook this property.

Gorgeous apartment with a ton of room in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the terrace and looking across the gardens during the morning and evenings. I would highly recommend, and I hope to come back someday!

The flat is clean and comfortable with a lovely patio overlooking a garden where squirrels frolicked about! It felt like a little oasis. Little Venice itself is stunning and a great place to explore from. We took a canal boat to Camden which was fab. Sue was a great host and went out of her way to accommodate us with a flexible checking out time which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a few nights whilst working in London.

Convenient location near Paddington station, lovely apartment and as described. My only complaint would be that the sofa is extremely uncomfortable other than that we had a nice stay.

Thonos was great, always very helpful. Location is perfect, just meters from Queensway and Bayswater stations. Lots and lots of restaurants and Hyde park is 1 Min. Walk.

Great location. Super close to Paddington Station. The host was very easy to communicate with and they helped us check in quickly. The unit was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My only note is for folks who need assistance in walking. The unit is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator.

This studio is a true gem in the heart of London. Only steps away from the Marylebone high street with beautiful shops and restaurants, and about a 15 min walk to Oxford street. There is a Waitrose about 5 mins away by foot. The studio itself is perfect and just as described, spotless, has a small fridge, a washer/dryer, ensuite bathroom with shower, kettle, toaster and nespresso machine. Also has a microwave/oven combo. The studio is located in a walk up flat that’s been converted into small studios. Building and flat are clean, modern and absolutely perfect for a short or long term stay for one person. Loved it!

Centrally located to restaurants, but also quiet because it was on a pedestrian-only street. We found it easy to walk the the Tube, Oxford Circus, Soho, and several other neighborhoods. Stephen was responsive to messages after we booked. The place was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and coffee. The place looks just like the photos. It was nice staying in a duplex. Each room was a good size. It was nice having a washer-dryer too. We enjoyed our 4-night stay. Would definitely stay there again!

We are a family of 4 and greatly enjoyed Nipha’s place! She met us at the door and allowed us to check in early—very convenient as we had heavy luggage. So appreciated! The place was a wonderful location and very clean and quiet. It is everything you could ever need!

This is just a perfect little spot for a long or short visit in London- the neighborhood is impeccable (well, it's Mayfair after all) , it's an easy walk to 2 very connected tube stops, a short stroll to Green Park and Buckingham Palace, and well as Oxford Circus and SoHo. VERY central. Quiet, very secure and serene, beautifully set up and functional. It backs to a stunning little park, which is just wonderful and so very atmospheric. Qaiser was an impeccable host: cheerful, helpful and instantly responsive. It's is clear that he takes being a participating owner in AirBnb very seriously and truly wants the best experience for his guests. I will definitely come again. 5 Stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a great location- walking distance to charming Marylebone and pretty central to everything else. We travelled with our 14 month old and the apartment was perfectly suited for him, with a crib, high chair, even some toys! We would definitely stay again.
