The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery, so if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. One thing to note: the subway isn’t within immediate walking distance. The nearest station is about a 30-minute stroll, so if public transit is your primary mode, plan on taking a local bus (which runs frequently) or a quick rideshare to bridge the gap. All in all, Gichard was a responsive, friendly host, and I’d happily stay here again anytime I need a peaceful home base in Brooklyn. Highly recommended for travelers who value tranquility.

Easy location to get to subway from, at the price it’s good! The rooms themselves have A/C but just FYI the rest of the house does not so if it’s a super warm week it may be a little less than ideal but manageable. Again for the price, you can’t beat it! Host was great and communicated quickly.

Marc’s place was great! Exactly like the pictures and Marc was a great, responsive, and attentive host. However, it is a bit far from any other area of Brooklyn/the City, but definitely accessible nonetheless! Bus friendly to get you to the L train and any map app will give you detailed instructions to navigate anywhere you wanna go. Would recommend!!
