Casa Nova is a large Tuscan country estate on top of a hill dominating the beautifull Casentino Valley, 40 km south of Florence. The property is ideal for holidays with friends and family. But also for an individually designed wedding or a birthday party in a very special atmosphere. You can do any kind of workshops, Yoga, theatre or dance classes. We have a very large covered teracce for these events. Cost for an event can be found below in the “ Other things to note ” section.

The farmhouse is isolated on a hill, surrounded by nature, olive trees, a garden and woods. The guest house is an independent wing of the large farmhouse on two floors: 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom. The private pool is exclusively for those who rent the house (max 5 people) We do not rent single rooms. Barbecue area. Total privacy.
