Our stay at 85 Walnut Place was everything we hoped for and more. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family. We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, and this home delivered exactly that. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch, taking in the beautiful scenery, and watching the local wildlife—it was truly serene. Our kids especially loved having the loft all to themselves and are already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend 85 Walnut Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Not only was the condo absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show it to be, the hosts literally thought of everything! From a fully stocked kitchen (minus food of course), to tons of games for the kids to play, all the way to a bucket of sand to put on the ice outside! We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back!

This is a fabulous home and a perfect base for a Pagosa Springs vacation. My family of 5 was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including space!). The beds are really comfortable. Close to a City Market for groceries. A quick drive into town and was close to all the hikes we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. My boys had good luck fishing off the dock. The pictures of the views don’t do the beauty justice!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay! The host was extremely proactive and responsive, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. Absolutely beautiful place great host will definitely be coming back

We had a perfect stay at Sandra's Lovely home. It was all we were looking for: spacious, light filled, quiet, great views, clean and thoughtfully well stocked. We enjoyed it so much that we made an easy decision to return several days later for a longer stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Home was just as described and the surrounding area was great. It provided a good spot to get to skiing, hiking ,even hot air balloon. It was a fantastic vacay and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Four of us stayed here for 1 week to Ski at Wolf Creek and everything was great with the house! Really liked the option to use the garage for my diesel truck so that I didn't have to plug in my block heater overnight. The house was fantastic and we would love to come back and stay here again.

We had a great trip in Pagosa Springs at Michael’s home! The neighborhood was peaceful and had herds of deer wander through. The location was close to shops and dining, hot springs, hikes, trails, etc. Property management via Cheryl was quick to respond to a question we had and was very helpful. Would recommend this spot to a friend!

Everything was amazing - the lake, the house, the hosts. The house was immaculate, kitchen and the rest of the house well stocked. I felt like home and I never had this feeling before this trip! We will be back!

We had a great stay with our group. The football was a huge hit. Very large common areas with a great layout for big groups. The kitchen was big enough for us to cook together. Lots of fun grilling and playing games together.

This is such a beautiful house and location! We got a little unlucky with the weather and wound up spending more time indoors than usual, but the house was so wonderful that we did not even mind. The foosball table was a HUGE HIT with the kids! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The rooms were spacious. The front deck was perfect for hanging out and watching the sunset. We appreciated having the garage space, too, especially because there was not much yard space. We had a fantastic time in Pagosa Springs and would love to stay here again!!

Stacey’s place was as described and we had a warm comfortable stay there. The radiant floor heat is a nice touch! Wi-Fi and Roku tv worked great and parking for the upstairs accommodations (parking behind house) was ample and newly poured concrete. I will definitely consider again:)

Incredible house and the quintessential "Colorado log cabin." My family loved staying here and the location is perfect for all things Pagosa. Super dog friendly with plenty of room for them to run. One of the better places I've stayed in Pagosa Springs and we've been visiting for years. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience! The home is beautiful and was clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs! We go every year for Mother’s Day and I will definitely be booking this special air bnb again! If you’re thinking about it, do it! It won’t let you down
