Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pagosa

Just got home from after an amazing memorial weekend at Ralph and Becky’s place. What started off as a nightmare booking with Airbnb as our original hosts cancelling on us last minute, we scrambled quickly to find something else. Since day one of me reaching out, the hosts and Kimberly the co host were great and responsive and honestly booking here turned into a great dream. I loved how much privacy you have between all 5 rooms and the number of restrooms so it was never difficult to get ready at the same time. The amazing view of the stream and nature off the balcony of the master bedroom was remarkable. We had one slight issue with the fridge( there were two so wasn’t really an issue but wanted to keep them informed) and they responded quickly and also offered a great back up to help out. There were plenty of games on hand, the hot tub worked amazing and just overall a really satisfying stay. Will definitely keep in mind when we are back in Pagosa.

Our stay at 85 Walnut Place was everything we hoped for and more. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family. We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, and this home delivered exactly that. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch, taking in the beautiful scenery, and watching the local wildlife—it was truly serene. Our kids especially loved having the loft all to themselves and are already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend 85 Walnut Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

This is a very nice place to stay within walking distance of the San Juan river, Hot Springs, and many restaurants and shops. Easy to find, get into and out of. Parking in front is tight, but we parked in the back by the garage which worked out great! The home and everything was very clean and well kept, perfect for our family of five. Cheryl was very responsive with checkin, and checked in with me via message to make sure we didn’t need anything. It really felt like home to us. Oh, and the next door neighbor was very friendly too!! Thank you for a great place for us to stay!!!

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

This was such a cute place for us to stay in a beautiful area!! Everything was as described and we felt right at home! We even had wildlife right up to the patio! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

What a wonderful lake house! There’s 2 full kitchens, 3 full baths, and three floors of living space- it’s a wonderful spot to spread out or house multiple families. The best part is the gorgeous view of the lake from the many windows and beautiful porch. The hummingbird feeder attracts hundreds of visits every day. The hosts are gracious and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book this place- it has everything you need and more.

Great place to stay! Super walkable to nearby coffee shop & brunch. Had everything you need, and very spacious for only being a studio. Highly recommend :)

Place worked great for our needs! We made a mistake when checking out and the host worked with us while we corrected our mistake.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS EVERYWHERE WE WENT! Even our morning coffee and breakfast views from the windows was incredible! All of my friends back home were envious of our stay! I selected that I felt like home but it felt more like a family stay! A warm dessert was waiting for us when we arrived! The place was very nicely updated and perfect for our stay! She gave us fishing tips from her husband, and all the local places to go! We walked her suggestion up to Lake Eileen! It was A HIKE! but beyond beautiful! We loved every part of our stay! Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much, Angie and Cole!!

John and Anne's place was perfect for our trip to down to the Durango area. It was comfy for my family of 4 and we felt right at home. The place was clean and smelled great. John and Anne put plenty of extras in the homes for us and I love the personal touches they added from their lives. They were also very responsive. The area is private and beautiful. It's right outside of Bayfield which has a few restaurants and shops or you can take the 30 minute drive to Durango and Pagosa Springs if you are looking for more. There's lots to do in the area, so I wish we would of stayed longer.

Well worth the stay. So peaceful and relaxing with no distractions. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for the hospitality

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

Dalton's place was amazing! We checked in at the front, and all of the Club Wyndham staff were incredible. They gave us maps, and brochures, and lots of recommendations! The house was spotless, modern, and had everything and more that we needed. It is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils. The bed was very comfortable and everything honestly was perfect. The community is also extremely beautiful and super close to many amazing restaurants and things to do. Hope to stay here again!

Thanks so much Irene for being super responsive from when my original air bnb didn’t work out, to the day I left. Everything was wonderful and I was able to spend some quality time with a dear friend with no worries and a comfortable place to stay. I would stay here again!

What a great place to stay and have family time. Having lived in Pagosa for 7 years I knew the area very well. Jennifer’s place was tops and close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Great space and very updated and clean. Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Also Jennifer was very kind and helping for our personal needs. So thankful for her and her home. Great place to stay!!! Five Stars all the way.

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to hiking and mountain biking trails, and steps from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We used the BBQ most nights and enjoyed the choice of porches for coffee and eating. Darlene and Craig are great hosts and their dog is so cute. The other neighbors are all so nice as well. Highly recommend this place!

Stayed here with my daughter for a spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us. We were super comfortable, the location is beautiful and nearby a great pizza place and burger joint. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. For being on this side of town, getting to the ski area was quick and painless. I would absolutely stay here again!
