Condo holiday rentals in Pagosa Springs

This place was amazing! Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was excellent! There was extra things there that made it nice on me and not to have to make a list and run to the store after a long day of skiing, like laundry detergent and sandwich bags, and coffee. It was great. We enjoyed playing cards too with my family.

This was the perfect get away. It was intimate and accommodating. The view was beautiful. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would absolutely do this stay again. Thank you.

Great place, would stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy. Also had several board games and puzzles for entertainment. Place was clean and had everything would need.

This was a great place, central to everything. Had everything in the kitchen needed. Loved the open space of the kitchen, dining room, living room. The bed upstairs was hard and not comfortable at all, the sheets did have a stain on them. The downstairs beds were very comfy. The downstairs bathroom did not latch closed so had to yell.. I’m in the bathroom, don’t come in!! It was a great stay.. would stay again!

Place was clean and comfortable. Location was ideal if you like to be outside the hustle and bustle of town but still close to shops and restaurants.

We loved the place, closed to everything waltmart 5 min away.. the river was a few steps from our room window… just beautiful we definitely will be coming back!

It was a good base price but with all the added fees, it was more than expected. That being said, we enjoyed the property and our stay.

My family and I rented this place for the weekend and it was great. It is located near everything including the hot springs which is what we were looking for! Highly recommend!

5 Stars – Awesome Stay! Me and three friends stayed here for a ski trip to Wolf Creek, and it was perfect! The place was super clean, really comfortable, and in a great location—close to town but also an easy drive to the mountain. After long days of skiing, it was awesome to come back to a cozy spot to relax. The host was great and made everything easy. Totally worth the money, and I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

LOVE this place! The location is perfect, right next to Rosie’s Pizzeria and 30 minutes to Wolf Creek. This condo is super spacious and would be perfect for a family. My boyfriend and I stayed for Thanksgiving and were able to prepare an entire feast using equipment already in the kitchen. The home is exactly as pictured. My favorite is the fire place. I can’t say enough good things. Communication was 10/10. Can’t wait to book here again.

Condo was great for us and our two pups, we didn’t spend much time in the home. Didn’t hear neighbors, it was very quiet. They have dog blankets which is really nice! Close to everything in town walking distance to the coffee shop. Would probably stay here again. However it did seem pretty dusty / dirty. Counters were just spot cleaned you could see where they were wiped/ where they weren’t, microwave front has food/ hand prints all over it, tables etc had a lot of dust & pet hair on them, doors weren’t cleaned behind had trash/ dirt behind them, upstairs bathroom vent was caked with dust. Hopefully I just got a rushed cleaning. So giving benefit of the doubt and saying it’s 5 stars 🙂

Lovely apt clean centrally located . Duke answered our questions and was helpful . There is local heavy construction going on . It did not bother us but we are early risers and spent th day out at the glorious hot tubs which you can walk to . All in all a lovely stay . ❤️

Our stay at this Airbnb in downtown Pagosa Springs was fantastic! The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. The interior was pristine and seemed freshly remodeled, yet it had a cozy and welcoming vibe. The space was well-stocked with all the essentials, and we never felt like we were lacking anything. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, making the whole experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable downtown stay!

This was a great location and Jan was easy to communicate with especially with this being a last minute booking!

Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

Anna was very accommodating of our travel dates. Despite at first letting me know that the listing wasn’t correctly updating availability, she was able to find a unit that worked for us after a 2nd inquiry. Check-in was easy through Club Wyndham, the unit had a gorgeous view of the lake, and it was a peaceful stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool at the on-site rec center and thought it was so cool to sleep in the 2nd bedroom lock off. Thanks, Anna, for allowing us to book through you!

My kiddo (10 years old) and I stayed for spring break and had such a great time! The unit we were assigned was amazing and had everything we needed and more. We played in the pool multiple times daily and relaxed taking walks and exploring the resort. It was a fun environment with activities and games. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything needed to be comfortable. We'll be back sometime!

Great properly. Clean and plenty of space. Only downside was no streaming options. So only tv options were standard cable or DVDs.

We had a great time! The location is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was updated and clean. The bed was comfortable and soft. The TV was large and had good selection and the WiFi was fast and free.
