Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pagosa Springs

Just got home from after an amazing memorial weekend at Ralph and Becky’s place. What started off as a nightmare booking with Airbnb as our original hosts cancelling on us last minute, we scrambled quickly to find something else. Since day one of me reaching out, the hosts and Kimberly the co host were great and responsive and honestly booking here turned into a great dream. I loved how much privacy you have between all 5 rooms and the number of restrooms so it was never difficult to get ready at the same time. The amazing view of the stream and nature off the balcony of the master bedroom was remarkable. We had one slight issue with the fridge( there were two so wasn’t really an issue but wanted to keep them informed) and they responded quickly and also offered a great back up to help out. There were plenty of games on hand, the hot tub worked amazing and just overall a really satisfying stay. Will definitely keep in mind when we are back in Pagosa.

Our stay at 85 Walnut Place was everything we hoped for and more. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for our family. We were looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, and this home delivered exactly that. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the porch, taking in the beautiful scenery, and watching the local wildlife—it was truly serene. Our kids especially loved having the loft all to themselves and are already talking about our next trip back. We highly recommend 85 Walnut Place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

This is a very nice place to stay within walking distance of the San Juan river, Hot Springs, and many restaurants and shops. Easy to find, get into and out of. Parking in front is tight, but we parked in the back by the garage which worked out great! The home and everything was very clean and well kept, perfect for our family of five. Cheryl was very responsive with checkin, and checked in with me via message to make sure we didn’t need anything. It really felt like home to us. Oh, and the next door neighbor was very friendly too!! Thank you for a great place for us to stay!!!

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

This was such a cute place for us to stay in a beautiful area!! Everything was as described and we felt right at home! We even had wildlife right up to the patio! We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. What a wonderful lake house! There’s 2 full kitchens, 3 full baths, and three floors of living space- it’s a wonderful spot to spread out or house multiple families. The best part is the gorgeous view of the lake from the many windows and beautiful porch. The hummingbird feeder attracts hundreds of visits every day. The hosts are gracious and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book this place- it has everything you need and more.

Great place to stay! Super walkable to nearby coffee shop & brunch. Had everything you need, and very spacious for only being a studio. Highly recommend :)

Beautiful views. Simple studio. Easy access to grocery store, ski rentals, restaurants, coffee shop.... Great place to stay.

Place worked great for our needs! We made a mistake when checking out and the host worked with us while we corrected our mistake.

This is a darling location! The furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and great cooking utensils and pots and pans. The hot tub was clean and used both the nights we were there. Both Mike and Elle's suggestions about area activities was very helpful. The marina across the street has great service for rentals. Oh, did I mention the delicious coffee cake, snacks and OJ left for our enjoyment? It was a truly one of our favorite places to stay!

This spot was exactly what we were looking for! Something close to restaurants and bars, private space, and relaxing area. We loved hanging out on the patio when we were at the Airbnb. It was a great fit for me and my partner, plus our pet!

Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

John and Anne's place was perfect for our trip to down to the Durango area. It was comfy for my family of 4 and we felt right at home. The place was clean and smelled great. John and Anne put plenty of extras in the homes for us and I love the personal touches they added from their lives. They were also very responsive. The area is private and beautiful. It's right outside of Bayfield which has a few restaurants and shops or you can take the 30 minute drive to Durango and Pagosa Springs if you are looking for more. There's lots to do in the area, so I wish we would of stayed longer.

Absolutely beautiful! Great location especially if you like fishing, hiking or just admiring the beautiful outdoors. Tish was a great host and the list of recommendations for local food and activities was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

The resort staff was friendly, easy to book, and such a great location. Although we didn’t know what type of housing we were staying in until we got there (they have several different types) we got such a good location and space! Loved our stay and hoping to stay again one day!

What a great place to stay and have family time. Having lived in Pagosa for 7 years I knew the area very well. Jennifer’s place was tops and close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Great space and very updated and clean. Best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Also Jennifer was very kind and helping for our personal needs. So thankful for her and her home. Great place to stay!!! Five Stars all the way.

We really enjoyed our stay! So close to hiking and mountain biking trails, and steps from the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. We used the BBQ most nights and enjoyed the choice of porches for coffee and eating. Darlene and Craig are great hosts and their dog is so cute. The other neighbors are all so nice as well. Highly recommend this place!

Great properly. Clean and plenty of space. Only downside was no streaming options. So only tv options were standard cable or DVDs.

We LOVED this stay and would definitely book again if coming to Pagosa Springs! Location is very central to other activities. The amenities were so fun including a gym, mini golf and a pool. We felt like the value for this stay was spot on. The kitchen was well equipped and the property staff did a great job checking us in for our stay. The only thing to note was the WiFi was spotty the whole time we were there. Not the hosts fault as it is the Wyndham wifi for the whole place.
