This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms. A snapshot with breathtaking views of the Cantal mountains with only the sounds of nature and the bells of our Salers cows. You can hike without taking your car! The small house, on 3 levels, has retained all its charm with its wood-burning stove in the corner and its stones, its 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom + 1 powder room.

L'Oustalou Gîte in 12600 Lugat Quiet Authentic

Old country house on 3 levels, duplex style. Entrance to an equipped kitchen, large dining table and fireplace. On the 1st floor, an open bedroom and a bathroom. From there, a ladder leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people, with futon-type beds on wooden floors. This gîte is attached to a residential house dating from 1826. This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for families or groups of friends. View of our beautiful Cantalian mountains, very close to Lioran station (15 minutes by car) Ideally located for all outdoor activities. Shops in the village of Thiézac nearby (5-minute drive) and Vic-sur-Cère where there is a small shopping area (10-minute drive) as well as the tourist office. (25 kilometers from Aurillac).

The Prince's Nest

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station.
