Lola was very flexible and understandable to me that I had an unforeseen one-way trip, and I ended up arriving very late in the city and she was waiting for me. Thank you so much for your kindness Lola! In all the unforeseen or needs related to the stay, Lola proved very proactive, in fact I think that in life she is very proactive. City Council solving everything with a lot of practicality and speed. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I hardly found the other guests of the other apartments. It is an environment in which everyone is there for an important reason so everyone respects the privacy and silence of the other. I would stay again, but I came to take up residence and have already found a home to accommodate my family. 🥰

The Quintal das Araucárias house is wonderful. We observed impeccable cleanliness when we arrived, the details of organization and decoration also caught our attention. The yard is beautiful and there is still the risk of leaving loaded with pine nuts. Jaqueline's service was exceptional. She was very attentive and welcoming, as well as flexible about arrival and departure. He gave great tips about the surroundings as well. We'll repeat for sure!

Mr. Flávio and his wife Cleusa are fantastic, extremely caring and very pleasant people. Thank you so much for all the affection. Special mention to the artisanal pasta made by Mr. Flávio, who are delicious, and to the little pet friends Clarinha and Gregório, who made my daughter happy. The house is also very comfortable and offers everything you need for a great experience in São Joaquim-SC.

Wonderful place!! It looks like a movie house. We went as 5 adults and it was incredible, Walmor was very sweet and attentive too. The house is extremely comfy and cozy. The photos don't give the real size, it's a large and spacious house.

The stay was great! The house is amazing, beautiful and very cozy and with all the necessary equipment!! We took a rainy holiday and staying at the house and enjoying the structure was great! In addition, it is very easy to get to the house and travel to the city center, where there is a wide range of restaurants. We are delighted with "our house", a space with a beautiful, quiet and organized view. It made all the difference in our trip. The children made the fishing and release on the lake, there were owls, ducks, the Luna (dog) that received us and was very affectionate, until the "Neighbor's Pet Pig" White Shirt made our children's experience special. A tree lit with Chão fire on the deck was the icing on the cake. In the house there were basic items such as seasonings, salt, detergent. Mr. Helio always attentive we need. We were presented with pine nuts and firewood to ward off the cold. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

Very beautiful place, exuberant nature, excellent place to connect with nature, the house is simple but perfectly met our needs, we got very cold in the day (3 degrees) but with the wood stove we were comfortable. Certainly an unforgettable weekend.
