I chose this house because of Yan's value. I stayed for just seven days. The overall feeling is still good. The only drawback is that the location and the center of Hua Hin County and the beach are a little far away. Taxi is not very convenient, everything else is good.The host will check and fix it for the first time. I also helped us contact the rental car service. The people were very warm and polite. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I will come to Hua Hin next time.

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

The home is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including wet and dry kitchens, a pool area, and modern appliances. A special bonus for pet owners is the little park available in the compound for your furry friends to enjoy, making it a perfect choice for travellers with pets. We recommended 100%, and we will definitely get back.

We had an incredible few days at the White House. The house itself is immaculate, and the garden and pool area is beautiful. Khun Ploy, the house manager, helped with our every need whilst there and the food she and her team prepared was delicious. Gunnar and Nicole were incredibly helpful and responsive before our stay too. We had a perfect stay, including with 2 young children which were perfectly catered for. We also played golf whilst there, which was amazing, and we were able to organise masseuses to come to the house too. We’d highly recommend to anyone.

Its a bit far from town but that's good since there is so much traffic downtown. There are many excellent restaurants just a short drive away so a car is recommended. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook your own meals. The Village Market is just 10 minutes by car away. The pool was very nice. Very comfortable accommodations. The bed very comfortable and the long couch is nice for a good book read

We stayed at this place several times now and it's always our first choice when we return to Pak Nam Pran. It's in a convenient location, and easy to drive into Pranburi town or Hua Hin, Khao Kalok, or Sam Roi Yot. It's also on a little dead-end street, so except for the occasional dog bark it's super quiet. Most importantly, it's also pet-friendly and our dog always is happy to return here.

A perfect place to stay with friends and family! The neighborhood felt very safe and private. The house is beautifully designed, especially the living room, which is soundproof and super comfy. There are board games to enjoy and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking! K. Rin, the house manager is incredibly kind, and the host responds very quickly. Highly recommended!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Location, neighbourhood is great. need transportation to get around. house is big with a great sized pool and alfresco area. Not far from the coast where you will find the beach, bars and restaurants. Won's bar is walking distance where you can rent a motorbike and there's a cheap Thai cook around the corner before the swamp with large portions and very cheap!!!

This place is perfect! Everything is brand new and super modern. It's very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The bed is super comfortable and there is a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It's really quiet and private, perfect for working remotely, kite surfing holidays or just relaxing. There is a pool next to the house as well. The hosts BeBe and Klaus are super nice and responsive. BeBe even came and picked us up and helped us move - so sweet! We felt very taken care of. I can definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us!

A perfect stay for myself and my family to stay in Hua Hin and explore the area. The location was great! Right by a 7-eleven and a Mini Big C, cafes and restaurants. We trained Muay Thai at King of Muay Thai Gym which was less than a 10min walk away. Other attractions were walking distance such as Hua Hin Market, beach, Market Village & Bluport Shopping Centres. Tamarind & Cicada Markets are about 3km away but it was so easy and cheap to get a Grab there - they are well worth visiting. The host was extremely thoughtful. We arrived late in the evening and she made sure we got there safe, made it easy to check in and had everything we needed. Upon arrival there were snacks which was a lovely surprise. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to live there comfortably! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning here when visiting Hua Hin in the future.

A truly wonderful AirBnB experience. Communication from the beginning was proactive, easy and welcoming. The house was amazingly clean, it is very well set up and welcoming - we felt comfortably at home immediately. The location is peaceful and relaxing yet very accessible to explore with many cafes and restaurants about. The co-host and her husband are great and helped use settle in and they were always available to help, offer advice and give suggestions. We do look forward to returning. With many thanks.

Amazing place for anyone who looks for a quiet vacation. The house looks even better than the pictures. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. The house is on the most quiet street in town. Just two minutes walk from the nearest 7 eleven. And about 5 minutes walk from the local foid market. This is a really good deal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet vacation near the swimming pool.

This is my family's second year staying at Kristen's AirBnB, and we all love it. It is very quiet, it has all the amenities you need, and it's close to the beach. You can walk to the beach, but we normally drive there because we have lots of things to take for the kids. We have 4 kids ranging from 7-18 years old, and everyone enjoys this spot. This year we had a minor problem with the water heater in the bathroom, but Plian ( the very kind property manager) was very quick to get it fixed even in the midst of a Thai holiday. We were very impressed. We look forward to going back again next year.

The location was great – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The value for money was excellent, you really get a lot for what you pay. We were already familiar with the property "Panorama Resort" from a previous visit & returning felt incredibly pleasant. Naturally, we were curious about this house, as the pictures looked very promising & the communication with the owners had been so warm & friendly. What can I say? We've booked many houses worldwide & enjoyed wonderful moments - but THIS house surpasses them all!! After our long journey, we were warmly welcomed with a well-stocked fridge. The attention to detail in the decor is simply a dream – a fantastic kitchen equipped with absolutely everything (and more) you could need (I loved the milk frother so much!), charming decorative touches, bedrooms with fridge & coffee machine, spacious & spotless bathrooms, cozy beds with comfortable linens, friendly cleaning staff, a stunning garden, a pristine pool and beautiful lightning. What more could your heart desire? We absolutely loved everything (!) and are so grateful to Janet & Dave for this wonderful experience!
