The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

The Metato of Borgo Toggiano

Borgo Toggiano tells us the story of the peasant past of the Modena mountains. It is a rural settlement that dates back to the 1800s, consisting of distinct buildings that were used for residence and peasant work. Two centuries later, it was the object of a recovery by local artisans and stonemasons, who brought to light the stones with which these buildings were built. The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
