The property is a fully renovated 19th-century trullo, equipped with heating, air conditioning, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with nightstands, reading lamps, and a closet. In the living room, which is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and espresso coffee machine, there is a sofa bed; guests can cook and dine at a table that seats four people. From the living room, you can access the bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine, hot water, and all the necessary sanitary fixtures: a toilet, a sink, a bidet, and a walk-in shower.

Located in the Sasso Barisano, the San Biagio Suite is completely carved out of the tuff rock and offers the unique and magical experience of sleeping in the Sassi of Matera. La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
