My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

We rent our comfortable and cozy 3-room rustico/cottage in Centovalli. Space for max. 6 people, located on a high plateau with fantastic views, detached on the edge of the forest, with a lot of turnaround, not fenced, good access right to the house. Well behaved dogs are welcome, but the two bedrooms belong exclusively to the people!
