The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. It is a cottage on a farm in the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, in the middle of the Leiningerland. In addition to our beautiful hut, we offer insight into our poultry and fish farming. In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
