The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original round arches and plenty of light – 6 large windows. Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity here to work online in peace and to relax in a spacious setting in the evening.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Cozy "tiny house" with a view

We offer our tiny cottage, attached to the main house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a sleeping alcove that can be reached via a ladder and a great view of horses, dogs and an aviary of chickens. The cottage is in the south of Speyer in a COMMERCIAL AREA and can be at least 2 nights. Close to the Auwald and only 5 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes on foot from the cathedral and the city center. Not far away is a bus stop. There's wifi, it's quite, very bad.

The spacious bathroom offers a walk-in shower, as well as underfloor heating. A sofa bed 180 x 200 meters or a 3rd bed are possible. For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!

The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking area behind the house (garage number 3 on the right side of the yard) where you can also sit comfortably.

Centrally located in the Palatinate between the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine, in the middle of the Palatinate asparagus landscape, our small apartment is looking forward to 2-4 guests. The apartment offers the perfect starting point for your Palatinate vacation: extended bike tours on the Rhine, varied hikes in the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine Valley or a nice city stroll through Speyer with its cathedral.
