It's an amazing place within a resort hotel, so you have all the amenities of being in a hotel. The direct access to the river is a gem, my little dog loves it. The staff has impeccable training, they helped me up to print. There is a 24 hour lobby, a restaurant that is a tradition for the Palencanos, exceptional views, comfortable, cute, cozy, good… spectacular. I really wanted to move in! Finally, Hector is definitely a great host, they couldn't be in better hands.

The room is as described, the area is quiet, the place is very comfortable, we went for a school trip and they were very kind and accessible, they were attentive and responded quickly to anything, it is close to almost everything on foot or by taxi.

The place is very nice, very clean and cozy, without a doubt a nice place to stay
