Awesome property for a weekend getaway from the city. Sonny made this place into a fun playground - the pond is amazing, the hot tub, sauna, and back deck felt like a spa, and we enjoyed the fire pit and taking a short hike to the creek. The house itself is simple but has everything you need and we even managed to order Uber eats once from Kingston. The area is great, and we enjoyed the villages and a nice hike in the area. We will definitely come back.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

Great location - close to friends we were visiting. Nice cozy home that was well-supplied with towels, kitchen equipment, and even condiments! Nice outdoor space. Theres were 5 of us and there was plenty of room (2 bathrooms!). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a perfect stay! The house is brand new, and every single detail has been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked — it has everything you could possibly need to cook any meal, including high-quality utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and French press. They even provide a full set of spices, which was a nice touch. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are stocked like a five-star hotel. The outdoor area is pristine, with a functional fire pit, private deck, and a peaceful, secluded feel — yet you’re still close to all the major hiking spots in the Catskills. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative throughout, clearly going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. My family had a truly memorable time — we would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I were blown away by the beauty and thought that was put into this private destination. The moment you step on property, the freshness of the air and sounds of the creek are immediately calming. Diana was incredibly nice and very communicative before and during the entire stay. Activities: The sauna, creek, hot tub, pizza oven, grill, fire place/pits, hammocks- the amenities are amazing and unlike any other Airbnb I have ever been in before. So much that besides a quick dinner out one night (12 min away) and a nice walk around the Mountain Top Arboretum with our dog, we wanted to spend our time at the property. We called it our personal sanctuary spa!! The home: The home style is minimalistic but homey and every single item is top notch quality. There are no shortcuts- the entire place is a work of art. The bedroom and bathroom inspired me to reanalyze my own bedroom style. Thank you for upping the Airbnb game!! Can’t wait to come back to this magical spot! ✨

Stony Clove Cottage was great for our family with two little kids—lots of toys and kids books and bunk beds and tub with kids shampoo. Kitchen has everything you need. Really feels like you’re in someone’s house, if you like that. Road is sometimes a bit loud and neighbors are right there, but swimming hole across the road (ask for directions to the sweet spot) was wonderful. Host was responsive and helpful. Near great eats (Phoenicia diner, Peekamoose, the Pines, Mam’s Boy Burgers) and great hikes. I always complain about the beds being uncomfortable in every place I stay, so maybe that’s a me problem. Would recommend for other families.

Me and my friends with a few kids and 2 dogs had a great stay at Lina’s house. Easy to fit all of us, lot of space, kitchen and living room was very spacious for all of us during all the meals and a big living room table. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean and neat but felt warm. We would definitely come back. Thank you

This is a really special place and a hidden gem in Hudson Valley. With its modern architecture, well curated furniture, engaging art, beautiful open fields and a canopy of tall trees all add up to create a truly unique experience. The place has a full kitchen, a big and cozy living room, a patio perfect for lounging and very comfy bedrooms. The strategically positioned glass windows blur the indoor / outdoors. Michael is the perfect host with clear and responsive communication. My wife and I look forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay, the house was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the hot tub and soaking tub. Views were stunning too!

This house was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The location is ideal for hiking and exploring nearby Rhinebeck and Woodstock. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, as did our dog! The house was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies - even had olive oil and a spice rack. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of games and puzzles. The WiFi worked great! My husband had to work while we were there, including video calls. He work in a few different spots in the house, including upstairs, and the WiFi worked well. The neighborhood is in a wooded area that made you feel part of nature, while the neighborhoods are quite close so you don’t feel alone. They had a dog bed for our pup, which was appreciated. There is a spacious open backyard. We had some deer visit, so we always had to be outside keeping track of our dog knowing wildlife was ever-present. The hot tub was clean and refreshing on a cold rainy night. If we had a clear night I think we would have seen every star in the sky it was so dark. We had a great time on our own, but it would also be great for a group of friends. We’d stay again!

Our family had a lovely time at the Creekside Retreat. We arrived to a clean house with clear instructions for entering. Parking was convenient to the front door. We settled in and played scrabble which was provided by the host in the game cabinet. The second day we enjoyed a great breakfast at a local diner and went hiking about 20 miles away at Minnewaska state park. There was also a walking trail much closer we may check out on another trip. There was a park nearby my children walked to play baseball. Our two dogs made themselves at home. The creek was flooded so we weren’t able to enjoy the deck on it or the boat - maybe next time. The hot tub also didn’t work while we were there but we didn’t realize until later in our stay so it may have been a simple solution. The host generously left towels, blankets, and toiletries but we couldn’t find wash cloths. Wood was left out for the fire. Overall, we had what we needed for a great weekend getaway.

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

We had a wonderful girls’ trip stay at the cottage. So cozy and warm! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Sean gave very nicely detailed instructions and everything was just as described. We enjoyed all his recommendations for hiking and dining. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

Jessica's property is beautiful. The location was perfect for the relaxing trip we planned. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and there are plenty of good restaurants in the nearby villages so you don't have to cook if you don't want to. We would definitely stay again.
