Newhouse’s apartment in Modugno is in a quit, residential area. Very modern and clean, you will find everything you might need for your stay for shorter and longer periods. The car park is private behind locked gates and very safe. It is a short drive from Bari and all the sights. The host has quick response, communication works perfect. You will get help quickly if you need it. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Our host Gianvito was totally awesome person extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about by the town He suggested every single restaurant we went to and every one of was a 10 The property is beautiful very well maintain very comfortable and clean. Must definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our family feel so comfortable

Angelo, Teresa and Leda are great, easy going and friendly hosts who have a beautiful modern guesthouse which sits 100 m away from a beach. The house is a jewel in the area. We had a great stay and hope we come back one day. Grazie mile!

Great place! Very charming villa with all the amenities. Very close to shops, with a view of the sea, with a beautiful garden and dogs on the property make you see life in it :)! We had a very pleasant stay with Mrs. Daniela and if the opportunity arises, we would like to live in a similar area. A short walk to the charming town center of Giovinazzo is only 15 minutes on foot, which is unique! As for the equipment in the Villa, everything is as described and very suitable for people who want to prepare meals on their own and spend time in various ways. Giovinazzo itself is a great starting point for other cities in the region such as Bari, Trani or Polignano a Mare. In particular, it will appeal to people who value the peace and charm of smaller Italian towns, and that is what we wanted. The hosts have always been helpful and have prepared the place of our rest with the utmost care so that we feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Anna’s house is in a fantastic location right on the sea. Great to wake up to the sound of the waves! The house was exactly as described. It was spotless, everything you could need was provided and it was very comfortable. The outdoor space with dining table and easy chairs was great. Anna was a perfect host. She was waiting for us on arrival and helped with restaurant suggestions in Polignano a Mare. Only a very short stay but would definitely recommend!

Our stay was perfect and we would 100% recommend! Maria was extremely helpful and messaged us before our arrival with everything you could possibly need to know! She even met us at the property on our arrival to show us around making, check in very smooth! The property was exactly as described and beautiful and clean! We had essentials provided by Maria and her family including fruit, butter, bread and even some wine and local cakes. It was in a very quiet street so lovely and private! There isn't too much around and the local supermarket was around 30 minute walk, aswell as most restaurants so a car would be handy! We really didn't mind this and still loved it! If you go, make sure you go to Trattoria Il Casalicchio as recommended by Maria. The food and drink is amazing, the setting is beautiful and the staff couldn't do more for you, even giving us a lift home. It's also well priced with a meal costing around €12 and a glass of red wine €3. Would definitely go back 😁!

The apartment and the complex in which it is located is very nice. The area itself and also the town of Torre a Mare or Mola di Bari are less beautiful. There is garbage everywhere and there are many dilapidated houses and building ruins. You have to either go to the old town of Bari or in the other direction to Polignano a Mare to stroll around and enjoy the Italian flair.

Typical Masseria in a peaceful environment, surrounded by cherry and olive trees. Domenico is a welcoming and warm host and the house is very clean, well-equipped and in line with the description.

Our family of 6 had an amazing week at Julian's house. We loved the location near so many towns with great restaurants and beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The patio and pool area was perfect and even nicer at night with all the lighting. Darren is great and very communicative. We wish we could have stayed a month!

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

Paul’s home is absolutely fabulous! So much space, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Domenico, the caregiver, was awesome as well. Only suggestion is to be very specific with who you intend to have visit or stay at the house ahead of time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vito’s place. It was exactly what we expected. Very clean, the pool was spotless and huge and great for our kids. We loved the outdoor kitchen as we enjoy being outside. Vito’s mother cooked us a homemade Italian lunch, it’s was outstanding! So she cooked us dinner too. Their hospitality was premium. Great and quick response time with communication. Would return without hesitation.

What a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Where there is everything you could possibly need. Very beautiful region where there is plenty to do. We had the rented cars delivered and picked up at this villa, which was very convenient. The villa and the pool, garden and terraces are exceptionally well maintained and clean. Exceptionally flexible host who was always able to pass on the best tips for the stay, transport, restaurants, day trips etc. Everything was very well organised. And Giulio is always available. Enjoy and relax without worries! I definitely recommend it to you.

What a beautiful place! We had such a peaceful time staying here, the unit had all the amenities we needed and was very spacious, clean and cosy, the pool was beautiful. Only a 20 minute drive to Monopoli.

A peaceful little piece of paradise in cassano the house is a little out of the way so the place is quiet (except during the holidays where there are some fireworks, which did not bother us at all) and in cassano there is everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gas stations and restaurants all accessible by car. As for Manuela, a perfect welcome with the explanations of the different outbuildings, speaks very good French which was very helpful ^^ and who advised us on most of our visits and we thank her for these valuable tips! In short, a beautiful stay in a clean place, with lots of charm, easily accessible by car, which facilitates exchange and sharing! Thanks Manuela:)

We stayed four nights at Teresa’s place and had a wonderful experience. Teresa welcomed us warmly with some snacks and local treats upon arrival and was always available to help throughout our stay. The villa looks just like the photos—very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you might need. We especially loved the terrace and the pool area, where we could relax after our morning runs. The area around the house has plenty of quiet country roads that are perfect for walking or running. The villa is also within easy driving distance of several charming towns, including Conversano, Polignano a Mare, and Alberobello—well worth visiting during your stay.

Spyros is a wonderful host who has made the house a home with lovely attention to detail. There was a fabulous view from the house, the rooms were comfortable and everything was fully usable. We felt at home right away, and would struggle to find anything that could be improved! thankyou Spyros, we will definitely return to your house next time we visit Puglia

We had a great stay at Carmela and her husband's. We were very well received (thank you for the focaccia and everything else, it was delicious). The villa is beautiful, lost in the middle of cherry trees, it was very relaxing. It's a good starting point for visiting the surroundings. There was everything you needed, everything was clean and tidy. We had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced the next day (with coffee and donuts as a bonus, thank you). The tips were valuable. I recommend it 200%. A big thank you to Carmela and Francesco, great hosts 😊
