The living room is spacious with a retractable sofa, TV with dozens of cable channels and games for the family. The kitchen is very complete for you to prepare everything you want. The outdoor area has an open space with a table, sink and barbecue. The garage is wide, the yard closed, in addition to an alarm and external camera.

CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

Uma casinha pé na areia localizada na beira da praia da Guarda do Embaú! Perto do centrinho e de tudo que tem de bom por aqui: praias, trilhas, costão, mar, rio, barquinhos, surf, baleias (temporada de Julho a Novembro). E o comércio com lojas, bares, cafés, restaurantes, mercado… É só chegar e aproveitar tudo a pé! A casa é dividida em três, mas somente duas são utilizadas para locação. O portão de acesso é o mesmo para todos, o jardim é área comum e cada casa tem sua varanda reservada.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
