It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
