Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

The lake cottage

Chalet of 36 m2 with its private garden of 400 m. You will enjoy a living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with its wardrobe, The convertible living room sofa can accommodate 2 guests. Immediate access to the lake with its many activities: restaurant, swimming pool, tennis, pedal boat, paddle and SPA at the Les Bois Noirs center. Access to the A89 exit 30 in 10 minutes, Thiers 12 minutes, Clermont Ferrand 45 minutes, Vichy 40 minutes.

Completely refurbished house, comprising Ground floor: 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers) wood-burning stove 1 living room with TV, DVD player, radio speaker 1 laundry room with washing machine, freezer 1 reading nook 1 powder room. Upstairs you will have 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed 1 bedroom, 140 x 190 bed 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 1 shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks). Crib, bathtub, high chair and other accessories available

House or bed and breakfast

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).

Kassydy House

Come and relax at the Kassydy gîte, a warm detached house with terrace, jacuzzi and an amazing view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet, not overlooked and equipped with 7 beds. It is ideal for couples, families or a group of friends. About 15 km from the highway exits of Lezoux (63) and Thiers Ouest (63), the gîte is located in the village of Sermentizon in the Livradois Forez Nature Park and about 45 minutes from the Auvergne Volcanoes Park and Clermont-Ferrand.

Our large house in the Livradois Forez park on the GR3 offers hiking opportunities on mountain bike enduro motorcycle trails cross-country skiing 20 minutes from the Col de la Loge. In a quiet hamlet overlooking Chabreloche you will have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sheltered terrace. a large play area (ping pong, foosball) THE HEATED POOL is ACCESSIBLE from EASTER to ALL SAINTS'. No disabled access.

Gite l'Epicurien in Sainte-Agathe

In the heart of Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, this 150 m² fully renovated old farmhouse has a large living room with kitchen area, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 1 TV lounge area. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, towels will be provided and you will have complimentary cleaning products for the house. You can also enjoy the largest mountain bike area in France (Massif des Bois Noirs mountain bike area).

The Maison des Hirondelles

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. You will admire the landscape on the Bourbonnaise mountain. From the cottage, you can go on small hikes. Depending on the season, mushrooms and chestnuts may fill your baskets. The silence, the beautiful sunsets are there to allow you to relax. The neighbors of the cottage: our two donkeys, Câline and Noisette, love cuddles.
