The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau (cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la Case, 15 km from Ax-les-Thermes (ski resort and thermal baths). House freshly renovated by us; on the ground floor a large open room with fully equipped kitchen, upstairs two pretty bedrooms, one with views of the Quié de Sinsat and a brand new bathroom.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

With its view of the peaks, surrounded by woods and meadows where a small stream flows, it is a great place to recharge and enjoy the pleasure of living in the heart of the secret and wild mountains of Ariège.

A spacious villa ideal for enjoying a few days with family or friends, located in the center of the town of Port del Comte, just a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the L'Avet restaurant-spa, and a 20-minute drive from Sant Llorenç de Morunys or La Coma, where you can shop, have a drink on a terrace or stroll through its old streets.

The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to contact me before making or confirming a reservation. Regarding access, the house is at the end of a 7 km track. The first 5 km are suitable for vehicles, and the last 2 km are not suitable for vehicles. So you'll have to walk the last 2 km, about 40 minutes. Guests can park their car safely in a clearing.

Cal Gineró - Outstanding House in Castellbó

Castellbò is placed within a valley, in the Pyrenees mountain range. Its a small, calmed village, close to ski resort Sant Joan de L’Erm, with two well-reviewed local restaurants. Most of their habitants are farmers. Castellbò is at 10 min drive from La Seu d’Urgell and 25 min drive from Andorra.
