A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

On the ground floor is the kitchenette (kitchen-dining room and living room with sofa bed). On the upper floor is the double bedroom (1.35 cm), plus an extra 90cm sofa bed, and the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower tray. The whole house is fully equipped, kitchenware, tableware, bed linen, towels, amenities, high chair, baby bath, parking, barbecue, etc.
