This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Unparalleled location!

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Where do I begin! Adriana really made this trip for us. She was very quick to respond and never gave me bad news. She made my guest and I feel better comfortable and we honestly believe the stay wouldn’t have been the same if it was with a different HOST! She was fantastic! Don’t get me started on the lovely property. I am currently writing this at work where I she’s spent most of my time reminiscing our stay. From happy atmosphere to relaxing pool side and admiring the beauty within the yard. Not only that but the property was close to everything while also being secluded and in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which is very hard to come by. I wish I can go back and I’ll be sure to make the wish come true. My guest and myself, 100% plan on coming back…it’s all just a matter of when. This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

As a Caterer and Event Planner that resides in the area I am always looking for a home to accommodate family and close friends for a there event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, the home was exceptionally clean and had a fresh, welcoming scent that instantly made everyone feel comfortable. The location was ideal—easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient for all of our guests. Everyone who stayed at the property had nothing but great things to say. They were not only impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere but also expressed how much they enjoyed their stay and are already looking forward to booking again in the future. This home truly exceeded our expectations and made a difficult time a little easier by providing a peaceful and beautiful space for our loved ones to gather. I highly recommend this property.

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

We completely enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was 100% stocked and we loved the large screened porch with Tiki bar and flat screen. The pool is a deep pool with depths of 6'5". They provided so many pool toys and floaties too. The pool table was so fun while the kids enjoyed the pool.

Amazing host!

We are rested and relaxed, thanks to our short stay at this house. We only left the house to visit the grocery store, which is a short and beautiful drive across the bridge. We didn’t even feel terrible about not having a beach day. Would highly recommend.

Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

We've stayed here as the beach relaxation part of our Florida road trip and it was a great location for that! The beach is right across the street, restaurants are right around the corner, and if that's not enough, "downtown" Cocoa Beach is about 15 minutes by car. If you have the chance, go watch a rocket launch from the beach – it's an amazing sight in the night time! The apartment itself had everything needed for our stay. Communication with Julian was great too! Would definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

We really enjoyed staying at Cheryl’s place. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was steps away and easily accessible. The patio space at the back of the building had plenty of lounge and rocking chairs. It was a nice place to sit and watch for dolphins in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Jack was an excellent host.He left clear directions and answered back in a timely manner. He left several cold bottles of water which we used for coffee. The beds were comfortable. We would be happy to return.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
