Our stay at Shane's apartment was excellent! Shane was helpful and responsive from the get go and directions/check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy and homey, with all the essential amenities and more. The Parsley Bay area was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surrounds. It is an easy walk to Watson's Bay for seafood or a ferry ride--bus stop right outside the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend staying here to others and can't wait to return.

Nina was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Views are unbeatable. Getting into circular quay and other destinations was easy, the ferry being a fun novelty mode of transport. Nice restaurants close by

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We came for a long weekend from Canberra with our kids. It turned out that Vivid was on and you could see some displays from the apartment balcony. John was very helpful, responsive and attentive, great host

Peaceful location with a beautiful view, just as shown in the photos. A tranquil 18 minutes walk to the Manly Ferry Wharf. It’s the bottom floor of an older duplex apartment, which was well-cleaned and cozy. The pull out bed in the sitting room was also extremely comfortable. Though we never met Melodie, she was incredibly helpful and responsive via messages, and was able to quickly answer any queries that we had. Thankyou for the lovely stay!

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Roslyn is the perfect host. Always responsive and supportive. We are a small business and Roslyn was absolutely fantastic with us. Our crew worked nights which require them to sleep during the day and the surroundings of this beautiful place were exactly how she described which made our stay so special and peaceful. BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We had a fabulous stay here, the house is stunning and location is so peaceful. Beautiful view out of the balconies. The house had everything we needed for a big group - it has plenty of space, great layout so all of the bedrooms still felt private. Great recommendations for things to do when we arrived too. We particularly enjoyed going out on the kayaks! Lots of beautiful beaches nearby, the closest grocery store was just a few minutes drive. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Paradise found! Alison was the most gracious and accommodating host. The place itself was heaven! So peaceful and relaxing looking out over the water from every room. The fireplace was a highlight as were the views. This place is a true gem and we felt very lucky to have been able to stay there. The kitchen is well equipped and the wine fridge is perfect for those who don’t want to cart their own up the steps. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet and cosy place and love being by the water this place is for you. We can’t wait to come back!

I had become jaded with Airbnb because many of the homes we've stayed at recently have felt overly restrictive and unwelcoming. There were rules upon rules and it really made the stay uncomfortable for fear of breaking one of the many arbitrary and rediculous rules. But, our stay at Bilgola with Beaches BnB Management saved us! The house was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. The view was sublime and we felt so welcome. There were lovely little touches to make us feel immediately at ease. Sue was so very communicative and responsive but not in an overbearing way at all. We were treated with grace and respect, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this place . Felt super comfortable with the ambience , ease to reach places and above all there are ton loads of options to eat , visit. In my opinion worth the money spent.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great spot. Very spacious and hosts were very communicative and responsive.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

The property was great and the cleanliness was impressive. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider booking it again in the future.
