What a gem of a place! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house SO MUCH. The house was spotless, had tons of natural light, and was stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. How amazing that it overlooked the water... it almost felt like an infinity pool! The game room was a hit with my 9 year old and he played pool for the first time! This was surely a vacation to remember and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was amazing, we had so much room, we stayed here for Rockville and we will be trying to stay here every year. There was not one item that this place didn’t already have. The last minute things you forget don’t worry they are fully prepared. The place is decorated so nice it looks good and it’s functional. We all enjoyed this place, by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

Lena is a great host who has a lovely place to stay. At home is very accommodating and I would recommend to others if ever in town and looking for nice lodging.

Such a beautiful home! My fiancé and i had such a wonderful time. The water is absolutely perfect and we saw such amazing wildlife!

Highly recommend staying here! The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured, we felt right at home during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, and with seven of us in the house (3 adults, 3 teens and a toddler) there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and no shortage of hot water for showers. Would definitely stay here again!

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

Home was easy to find and clean. Close to palm coast and stores. Pool was great to relax in. With any questions we had Pauline was quick to respond and answer. Great price!

We loved staying here and will for sure be back. Our little house was so perfect. It is in a great area with tons to do all around. Allison and Jay's home provided a guidebook to help show what to do and what there is around which helped tremendously!

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

It was a very lovely place with everything someone would need. In the heart of everything, but peaceful. James, the host, was very friendly and helpful. He even let my daughter feed one of the tortoises. We would definitely stay here again if ever in St. Augustine!

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room had all the amenities we could need, the host was very attentive and responded quickly, and the location was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.

We spent a week here and can’t wait to return! We loved waking up and seeing all the bunnies from the balcony each morning! The kids loved the bunk room and the big bathtub! We had everything we needed and the property is just perfect for families! Everything was wonderful.

Jennifer was super responsive and had an amazing place that was spotless and cozy. I will be visiting again soon and I’ll be staying here again.

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.
