Tim was an outstanding host, very responsive to all of our requests. Tim had the place spotless for us when we arrived and had minimal, but simple check out instructions. For what the place is I found the price very fair. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was just as described, clean, and comfortable. Joseph is responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying.

I stayed at Jeremy's for about a week and had a great experience! The property is just as it is described, and the keyless entry is easy. I picked it for the location as I have family that lives nearby and I was able to walk down the Pinellas trail which is just about a block away. As for food, I found a nice cafe around the corner (Wildflower) which is really good. The property is super clean, nice kitchen, and comfy bed. Excellent communication with Jeremy/Mia. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a hot tub in the patio area which was also amazing with a very nice sitting area which was screened in Would definitely be using this place again for a quick weekend getaway!

Sean's place is such a pleasant place, very comfortable, clean, well located We're happy staying there. It was a short time but we're able to do some of the sightseeing the town offers We had been in Greece two years ago, the chance of visiting again is remote, so Tarpon Springs brought us some good memories of the wonderful trip we had once. I felt this place was too good to be true … but having stayed 4 nights, I can positively say this place way exceeded our expectations!!! We’ve already talked to our family that we will be regulars when we come to Palm Harbor to visit. Thank you Ruth for sharing your amazing place (and boat and kayaks and paddle boards) with us!! We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful finishes and decor and very clean. The kitchen and coffee bar had everything we needed and more. Brittany was quick to respond to a question. The guidebook was well-done. A top-notch, 5 star place! We will definitely be back!

I wish I could give 10 stars. We were so spoiled with all of the extra touches. I will let you be surprised. I cannot rave enough about how comfortable and welcome Julie has made it. Now, we want to come back in cooler weather and fish in the canal. The young man across the canal was fishing every morning early and he caught quite a few “eating size” Bass. Some of best restaurants are not far. Our favorites are Molly Goodheads, Ozona Blue Grilling, Rusty Bellies and Frenchy’s Outpost. Plus, there is a Trader Joe’s close by. Book it! You will be so happy!

Karolina was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The home exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, CLEAN (a huge plus for us), well stocked with everything we needed, and more! The grounds were beautifully landscaped, which made spending time outdoors even more enjoyable. We especially loved spending time by the pool and in the game room. We all loved how comfortable the beds were. Karolina has created a space that is warm, inviting, comfortable, tranquil, and fun. It truly felt like home away from home. We hope to come back one day!

We absolutely LOVED this house and will probably make it an annual trip. The house is gorgeous and soooo well stocked! My whole family enjoyed the house and the games downstairs! The snacks and personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. What a fantastic spot! Chris was great too! 10/10 would recommend this listing!

We had a really great stay here! The place smelled nice & fresh, had beautiful views, & the bed was pretty comfy! Chris was extremely responsive & communicative. The security guard was nice & the place is very easy to find, with tons of parking. We enjoyed every minute!

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.
